Tuba, the dedicated WS'ers on the LB main thread are taking a look at the case from the beginning again ... Maybe details or events that were discarded or forgotten will have new meaning, more members have joined in so fresh eyes always help. Is there anything to be gained from looking at the LB charts again?

Mercury played an important role in this crime and Mercury is still in apparent backward motion, making this an important period for review. This pertains to both what has been learned or considered as possible and also what relation it has to the planets and the horoscopic wheel.

Angel Who Cares, Boondock W/S member just posted in the Lindsey thread that FBI with the help of several Sheriffs offices are doing search warrants as we speak. I don't know how to bring Boondocks posts over for new news. Shout out to Boondock for staying on top of media releases.

Search intensifies for missing McCleary girl

Friday morning Grays Harbor Sheriff's Office investigators, along with FBI agents and members of the King County Sheriff's office, began serving search warrants in and around the McCleary area.

The warrants allow investigators a chance to thoroughly search private properties.

A Grays Harbor Sheriff's Office spokesperson said the search warrants were a result of their "continuing investigation."

"They [the serving of the search warrants] started this morning and will continue through the weekend," said Grays Harbor County Sgt. Steve Shumate.

Investigators would not say where the locations were or if anyone was specifically being investigated as a suspect in Baum's disappearance.

The searches, both in the McCleary area, cover so much ground that agents were brought in from the FBI, along with detectives in the Grays Harbor County Sheriff's Office and King County Sheriff's Office.

But an official said Friday that authorities have received "new, credible information" that there are locations in the McCleary area that may yield evidence to assist in the investigation.

Search warrants are being executed at those locations on Friday, and may continue throughout the weekend, said a spokesman for the Grays Harbor County Sheriff's Office.

*At one site, FBI investigators in protective clothing were probing an area near an old, abandoned house and large shed about one mile southwest of McCleary.

*At another location, about one-eighth mile away near the intersection of Old Sand Creek Road, North Sand Creek Road and Foreman Road, a mobile King County Sheriff's Office command post was set up at a residence surrounded by junk cars.

Officials said the people living in the house on the outskirts of town were asked to leave after receiving a search warrant.

Sgt. Steve Shumate of the Grays Harbor County Sheriff's Office said investigators spent hours Friday combing cars, gathering fibers, hairs, even the smallest clue that could tell them what happened to Lindsey.

Investigators in protective clothing gather evidence from the porch of a dilapidated house near McCleary, after search warrants were issued in connection with the disappearance of Lindsey Baum, 11.

Deputies acting on “credible” tip

<snipped>
“Credible information has been developed that there are locations in the McCleary area that may contain evidence that may assist investigators in locating Lindsey Baum,” Sgt. Steve Shumate of the Grays Harbor Sheriff’s Office read from a statement this morning. “This activity is expected through the weekend. Due to the sensitive nature of the investigation and to reduce the risk of compromise, no further details of the current investigative activity will be released.”

The Sheriff’s Office, the FBI, the King County Sheriff’s Office and other regional law enforcement agencies are serving the search warrants, Shumate said.

He said that community members may notice the increased police presence today and through the weekend.

The Sheriff’s Office mobile command center has returned to McCleary, Shumate added, at least through the weekend. During the past few weeks, investigators had been working from Montesano.

“We’re just getting started with the search warrants,” Shumate said this morning. “I wish I could say more but we can’t jeopardize the investigation.”

Supporters of Baum planned to conduct a candlelight vigil Saturday to mark three months since she went missing.

The Grays Harbor County sheriff's office says deputies started serving search warrants Friday in the McCleary area in the search for a missing 11-year-old girl.

Sgt. Steve Shumate told KXRO more warrants would be served through the weekend in an operation involving the FBI and the King County sheriff's office.

Shumate says investigators have been following leads and conducting interviews that identified areas that may contain information about the disappearance of Lindsey Baum. She disappeared the night of June 26 while walking home from a friend's house.

Evidence was been collected from a 10-acre property Friday after detectives served a search warrant in connection with the disappearance of Lindsey Baum, detectives said.

The Grays Harbor Sheriff's Office, the FBI and the King County Sheriff's Office served the search warrants Friday morning and expect the continue searching through the weekend.

“We are looking obviously for the clothing that she was last seen wearing, we're looking for any sort of trace evidence that might be related back to Lindsey Baum," said Sgt. Steve Shumate of the Grays Harbor Sheriff’s Office.

All four members of the family who live on property are being interviewed, but police said nobody is being called a suspect.

Neighbors said they don’t think police will find a thing.

"I just think they've got the wrong family. I'm sure they've got some sort of evidence or something, but I'm sure they've got the wrong family," said one neighbor who did not give his name.

The search warrant includes items such as hair, fibers and clothing Lindsey was last wearing -- anything that could lead investigators to her whereabouts, officials told Thompson.

SEARCH WARRANTS SERVED IN LINDSEY BAUM CASE
September 25, 2009
<snipped>
The Grays Harbor County Sheriff, FBI and other agencies are serving search warrants in the McCleary area over the next three days. Sheriff Sergeant Steve Shumate says the search is related to the three month long search for Lindsey Baum, an 11 year old McCleary girl who went missing while walking home from a friend's house on the night of June 26th. Shumate says that since the disappearance, investigators have been following leads and conducting interviews, a process he says led to credible information being developed that there are areas in McCleary that may contain information on Lindsey's disappearance. Shumate says due to the ongoing investigation more information is not being released at this time.

The search for Lindsey Baum has intensified nearly three months after she disappeared.

The warrants allow investigators a chance to thoroughly search private properties.

"They [the serving of the search warrants] started this morning and will continue through the weekend," said Grays Harbor County Sgt. Steve Shumate.

Investigators would not say where the locations were or if anyone was specifically being investigated as a suspect in Baum's disappearance.

Approximately 50 searchers will be working through the weekend.

Detectives told KING-5 "credible information" led them to search several properties in and around McCleary.

"It's encouraging for our investigators to have something to work with," said Sgt. Shumate.

I feel the need to state for the first time in a child missing crime that we members long term and short term might be called upon to put tenderness into our hearts for many who's lives are forever changed with this important search for Lindsey. This might be a bitter sweet day for some members who have a heart. Tuba are you able to state from the charts (as my head is ready to spin off) LE is at the proper place for the discovery of Lindsey leading to her abuser on that property. Loaded question, sorry.

A child knows what happened. There is an interesting complex among Mercury, Saturn and Uranus also. Mercury is at the solstice point of Uranus but Saturn is at solstice point 6° Aries, directly opposite Mercury, so there is fear there. There will be a sudden turn of events due to returning students and the confined socialised setting of school. Mercury turns backward (retrograde) at the very degree where he rests in this chart, propelling developments to a breakthrough. Do not forget (discussed in earlier post) Mercury is on the degree of homicide. When he turns direct at the end of next month, the Sun will be on that degree of homicide and Mercury will be 21° Virgo applying to Saturn. September should tell the tale.

BBM; Bumping a few posts ...

Due to the prominent squares in the Search Warrant Chart, much exertion will be required of the searchers, who also will not encounter cooperation. Since June 26, more than one location has been part of this crime.

The FBI is in McCleary to help local investigators search property south of town. The property is several acres large with buildings, vehicles, and a lot of junk.

A roadblock is keeping people away from the area.

Lindsey's mother, Melissa, is excited by the news of a search, but she candidly says she is losing enthusiasm as the day wears on. "I was elated. I was hopeful. I was excited. I thought this is it. They've got something. It's become more cautious now, a little bit of a letdown from the morning."

Still, she says she remains hopeful her daughter will come home to her.

"I felt it from the beginning that she's close by. I don't think she's far away. I'm not saying she's here in McCleary, but I know there's a local connection," said Melissa.

"The information that investigators have developed obviously gives us hope that we're going to find something that will lead us to the location of Lindsey Baum," Sgt. Steve Shumate told KIRO Radio.

Shumate says investigators have been following leads and conducting interviews that identified areas in McCleary, including both residences and vehicles, that may contain information about the disappearance of Lindsey Baum.

No, the informant provided the tip to law enforcement. The informant is MERCURY. In the chart, you will see that Mercury is conjunct Saturn. When speaking of the grave digger, identify him as I have as Saturn. Saturn=grave digger. Mercury=informant.

does saturn know/is connected in some way to mercury?

eta: even if the connection beween the two is by degrees?

The connection between the two people (two planets) could be visual as in Mercury saw suspicious action or behavior by Saturn. It could be conversational as in Saturn said something to Mercury or let some fact or happening slip. It could be pure knowledge about Saturn that Mercury gleaned or figured out. You are right to wonder because the conjunction between the two planets is considered very close.

thank you so very much for that clarification Tuba (as well as your most recent charts on this). I am very freshman to this science but reading your charts I kept picking up on that conjunction... I keep thinking degrees... the conjunction is by mere degrees...

eta: could the searchers have to work very hard to find information pertaining to this tip related the degree in which Mercury and Saturn are separated? For example... Mercury knows enough about Saturn to provide a vague and generalized location or even multiple locations that Saturn could be known to frequent? (thus the multiple locations) In other words, Mercury knows the "man" that is Saturn... and where the 'man' frequents... sorry if that sounds confusing.. ((in my blonde head my question made sense until I tried to type it!)) Thank you Tuba for entertaining my thoughts.

Will this newest upcoming moon (this weekend right?) be of help in this latest development? Being a nurse, I NEVER DOUBT THE MOON! NEVER EVER! ;-)

Tuba or SS,
(A bit off topic!) Is there a reason that this week has been filled with so much new discovery in soooooo many cases here at WS's???? Does it have anything to do with where the stars, moon & planets are aligned......or a phase due to time of year etc.???

It is stunning that there been cases that have been quiet & in more active cases that this week has had new news releases!!!! :waitasec: For instance Nevaeh Buchanan, Lindsey Baum, Haylee Donathon, Casey Anthony, Haleigh Cummings, etc. etc.

Thanks so much & I totally understand if you don't have the time to reply.......with all the cases that you do charts for, they should come first when you are able to work on any!

I hope I made sense just now...... pain meds in use!

Investigators step up search after tip
Saturday, September 26, 2009 1:14 AM PDT
<snipped>
Investigators spent hours combing through junk cars and exploring a vacant house on a large swath of land outside McCleary city limits Friday, all in the search for more clues in the disappearance of 11-year-old Lindsey Baum.

Helicopter footage from KOMO 4 showed investigators in white protective gear entering and exiting an abandoned house south of McCleary. The home and a nearby barn or shed, covered in blue tarps, is surrounded by brush and trees in each direction.

Investigators loaded boxes full of belongings into a horse trailer that looked like it was being used for evidence.

The mobile command center was set up in a second residence surrounded by junk cars, according to the video posted online by KOMO.

KOMO 4 reported that the people living in the house on the outskirts of town were asked to leave after receiving a search warrant.

Shumate said detectives interviewed some people Friday, but declined to go into details and didn’t name anyone as a suspect or person of interest.

Grays Harbor Prosecutor Stew Menefee declined to release the search warrants to the public, but said the records will become public within five days of being executed.

Shumate said investigators spent Friday gathering small items — fibers, hair — and larger items, just about anything that could give them a hint as to where Baum could be. He declined to say why they were searching the house or junk cars, except to say that the locations “may contain evidence that may assist investigators in locating Lindsey Baum.”

In what could be a big break in the case of a missing 11-year-old girl, authorities executed search warrants Friday at two locations to seek evidence in the mysterious disappearance of Lindsey Baum.

The searches, both in the McCleary area, cover so much ground that agents were brought in from the FBI, along with detectives in the Grays Harbor County Sheriff's Office and King County Sheriff's Office.

Lindsey's mother says everybody is considered a suspect. "Don't trust anyone anymore - it could be anybody," she said.

Lindsey's disappearance has baffled and alarmed residents of McCleary, a small town where everyone knows their neighbors.

On Saturday night, there will be an 8 p.m. candlelight vigil in McCleary to mark the three-month anniversary of the day Lindsey Baum vanished.

This is a developing news story. More information will be posted as soon as it becomes available.

Vigil tonight for missing McCleary girl
05:03 PM PDT on Saturday, September 26, 2009
<snipped>
Detectives resumed their search Saturday for a missing 10-year-old girl at two homes in the small town of McCleary.

Grays Harbor Sheriff's deputies and the FBI searched inside the homes yesterday, and spent today searching outside. But they found nothing to lead them to Lindsey Baum.

Authorities say the search warrants are part of their continuing investigation, but they won't say whether anyone specific is being targeted.

Detectives said they had "credible information" to conduct the searches.

A candlelight vigil will be held tonight for Lindsey. Everyone is welcomed to gather at Evergreen Christian Center in McCleary, beginning at 8 p.m.

Melissa is convinced her daughter is still alive and has a message for whoever may have taken Lindsey.

"Everybody has a soul, and how can you live with yourself if you know something that's keeping a little girl from her family?" said Melissa.

No breakthroughs in Lindsey Baum disappearance

Officials executed search warrants Friday at two rural properties near the small town where Lindsey Baum vanished June 26 while walking home from a friend's home. The agents continued their work at both properties on Saturday.

But as Lindsey's mother, Melissa, and other local residents waited eagerly for any news, there was no indication that the searches had turned up any evidence that could help find Lindsey or explain her disappearance.

It's been exactly three months since Lindsey went missing - an entire season has passed.

Yet a dark cloud still hangs over the town of McCleary even on a beautiful, warm fall day.

And about a mile and a half southwest of McCleary there is now a law enforcement checkpoint, where only residents can get by.

It is down this road that local and federal agents served a search warrant at a home and a nearby property on Friday, beginning an exhaustive investigation at both locations.

A team from the Grays Harbor County Sheriff's Department, the King County Sheriff's Department and the FBI has set up a mobile command post, as they comb through the house, land and even cars for potential evidence.

Officials say tips by citizens - deemed "credible information" - led them to the 11-acre property nestled in the woods.

Next weekend another all-out search is scheduled in the area, with volunteers set to help out Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

It's been exactly three months since 11-year old Lindsey Baum disappeared while walking home from a friend's house in McCleary.

The community held a vigil for Lindsey Saturday night.

Meantime, the search for Lindsey continues. On Friday the FBI and sheriff's deputies served search warrants at multiple locations near McCleary including some properties along Foreman Road.

A Grays Harbor County Sheriff's Office spokesman wouldn't give many details, but said the warrants stem from tips and following-up on leads. More warrants will be served through the weekend with the help of the FBI and King County Sheriff''s Office.
