Gibby, that is the problem... I am reluctant to fuel rumor mills with speculative astrological theories.

There are certain charts that show victim/perpetrator markers. How (or even if) this manifests in a native's life is fairly unpredictable, but the natal promise is there. Once we know as a fact that either perpetration of abuse or victimhood has occurred, we can look at the person's chart and see the connections that came into play. For example, we know that Sandra was murdered, and sure enough, Sandra's natal chart showed victim/perpetrator markers, which tragically manifested in a most horrific way...

Every POI chart I've examined so far shows victim/perpetrator markers, including Melissa's chart.

We know some facts about some of these POI's lives and with those persons we can look at the charts and see the connections that came into play. Please remember, just because a person has victim/perpetrator markers in their chart doesn't mean they have to experience victimhood or become a perpetrator. It just means the natal promise is there, and it is possible the chart owner can use the energy in more productive ways. Unfortunately, in missing person and crime cases, the energy is often used negatively.

Looking at our POI list we see:

1. Frank Wohler --- to my knowledge, he does not have a record of arrests. He seems to use his aggressive chart energies teaching martial arts (which is productive use of the energy). What's disturbing is the inappropriate kiss at the swimming pool (which he admitted, saying he was 'being nice') and the reports he drove slowly by Sandra's house, sometimes several times a day (not substantiated).

2. Chris Sinclair --- hothead with complaints of abuse filed against him and restraining orders against him. IIRC, abusive to women. He is not using his energy in a productive fashion.

3. David Slayter --- IIRC he has an arrest record, can't remember if he abuses women (can anyone clarify or correct me?)

4. C. Lane Lawless --- no one seems to know his past. As far as I know he does not have a record. Pastor of an extremely small congregation raises my eyebrows, strange behavior exhibited on videotape when questioned regarding Sandra's disappearance, reports of him being 'unfriendly' (by MHP maintenance man or manager) contrasted with being a 'fun-loving guy' (by Fred Williams, church member) --- all very strange. When I look at his chart, I see extremely powerful hard aspects that certainly fall under the victim/perpetrator category. This makes me very uneasy about him.

5. Fred Williams ---- along with his wife, has an arrest record. Don't know if he is abusive. His chart shows a good number of victim/perpetrator aspects.

6. Melissa Huckaby --- has not yet been named POI as far as I know. Her chart shows abuse victim/ perpetrator markers -- a good number of them. I wonder if she was abused by a family member(s). Could she be an abuser? Yes, but remember, the operative word is 'could.' Could she be covering for someone and/or working in tandem with someone? Based on her chart pattern, I would say, yes, it's possible.

Tracy and Santa Ana are not near each other; not even close by. Santa Ana is considered "Southern Cal and Tracy is near the San Francisco Bay Area and probably just about 25 miles southeast of it; it may even be considered the central valley. I'm about 20 miles north west of Tracy. It's an agricultural community which has just begun to expand within the past 10 years.

TRACY, Calif. - A Sunday school teacher has been arrested after the body of 8-year old Sandra Cantu was found in a suitcase pulled from a pond.Melissa Huckaby, 28, was arrested at 11:55 p.m. Friday on suspicion of murder and kidnapping after voluntarily going to police for questioning nearly five hours earlier, Tracy Police Sgt. Tony Sheneman said.

My suspicions are that Melissa was working with one or more men, bringing the child to them and (based on her chart) possibly participating. I suspect she is covering for one or more of these men..........

Arrest Made in Sandra Cantu Case

TRACY, CA -- Tracy Police arrested 28-year old Sunday school teacher Melissa Huckaby around 2 a.m. Saturday Morning on suspicion of kidnapping and murdering of 8 year old Sandra Cantu.

During a 3 a.m. news conference Saturday morning Tracy Police Chief Janet Thiessen, was called in to speak. She said "over the course of the investigation, agents and investigators from numerous agencies, have been instrumental in identifying Melissa Huckaby as being responsible for Sandra's death."

While she would not elaborate on the cause of death, Thiessen went on to say "We have information that, Sandra, by the time she was reported missing to us, probably had already been murdered."

The arrest was made more than two weeks after Sandra was last seen outside her home at the Orchard Estates Mobile home park.

Huckaby is the granddaughter of Lane Lawless, the pastor of Clover Road Baptist Church. On Friday, Tracy police and the FBI searched the Church and the surrounding area for a second time looking for evidence in her death. Huckaby teaches Sunday school at the church.

Earlier this week, Huckaby told the Tracy Press her black suitcase was stolen on March 27th the same day that Sandra disappeared. Sandra's body was found just days later in a suitcase left in an irrigation pond just two miles from her home.

Tracy police now say that Huckaby's story is a lie, and Sgt. Tony Sheneman confirmed the suitcase Sandra was found in belongs to Huckaby.
Sheneman said during her interview with officers Huckaby gradually came to terms with the situation.

"She was very relaxed for a bit then she became very emotional then she became relaxed again, then she became resigned to what was happening," Sheneman says.

Huckaby has been booked in San Joaquin County jail, where she is currently being held.

I look further and see something disturbing. Leo is on the 12th House cusp as well as the 1st House cusp. This suggests Sandra contributed to her own predicament. Not that she's to blame in any way, but I sense the perp she most assuredly encountered was someone she was familiar with, had no reason to fear; she went along with him.



More observations:

1. CERES, often prominent in kidnapping charts, rises. CERES of Abduction opposes CHIRON (hurt, damage) conjunct NEPTUNE (disappearance), trines PLUTO (complications/ abduction/ rape/ murder) and trines the MOON, which shows the action in the chart. Additionally, at 01 Virgo, CERES of Kidnapping is close conjunct Sandra's natal Sunrise MOON (2 Virgo).

2. Sandra's prenatal Solar Eclipse (4 Capricorn) is conjunct Event chart PLUTO (complications/ abduction/ rape/ murder). Prenatal eclipses are often prominent in death charts.

4. Arabic Part of Perversion (21 Aries) is conjunct Event chart MOON, closely sextile the CHIRON-NEPTUNE conjunction which opposes CERES. This is more testimony for abduction by a pervert.

5. SATURN Retrograde in 1st House destroys the question. This is a particularly nasty placement and as Tuba already pointed out, has sinister implications.

In the LAST SEEN chart, SATURN 16 Virgo Rx is Lord 7 the Perp, disposited by MERCURY (talk/ communication/ cars) which is part of the stellium (MERCURY, VENUS, SUN) in the Death House 8th. The perp talked to her/ communicated with her/ took her for a car ride --- these are all strong possibilities based on the clues the chart is providing to us.

If we take the dispositorship further, we see MERCURY in Aries is disposited by MARS in Pisces --- significator of the Perp in the 911 Call and Search Begins charts! --- which is disposited by JUPITER (conjunct the CHIRON-NEPTUNE opposite CERES kidnapping placement), which is disposited by SATURN Rx in Virgo, which is disposited by MERCURY in Aries & the circle goes round & round.

This chart is cast on a VENUS Day and MERCURY Hour, making MERCURY's role even more significant.

One last note: 14:15 Libra rises on the 911 Call chart, which is the next chart I will post and discuss. When I use Sabian Symbols, I round up the degree and the Sabian Symbol for 15 Libra is "Circular Paths" --- one more reason to perhaps give more thought and analysis to the SATURN-MERCURY-MARS-JUPITER-SATURN dispositorship circle in the LAST SEEN chart posted above.

Another thought that comes to me regarding circles going round & round and 'Circular Paths' --- the cycle of abuse.

Not always, but often enough, child abusers were themselves abused as children. I am thinking specifically of Melissa here, as her chart shows strong natal potential for abuse (as victim or perpetrator --- it is impossible to foretell from a birth chart which, if either, or both, will come into play).

SATURN in the chart is typically an old man and here, Retrograde, is unfit and unwell as Tuba advised us early on. Opposite MARS, he is brutal and cruel. (See Tuba's post #1 on page 1 and my post #26 on page 2.)

One more thought --- earlier in this Thread, someone asked if there might be two perps and I responded I didn't really see evidence of two.

In light of the "circular paths" and circles going round and round to which we are closely giving a second look, I see there was not one perp, not two perps. There were more.

Yes, I remember that specifically being asked and there was no indication that there were two involved in her murder. My suspicions over the past few days is that there were probably 3 (ML,FW,and either CS or DS). I have yet to review the presser but what I am getting from the other thread is that they are not expecting any more arrests - this confuses me.
