So much to catch up on today! Thank you for the updates above! Life has gotten in the way of trial watching....I only saw a little today, but so far my questions.

1 - How in the world could Billy Corey not know how much Diane paid herself in the form of a salary? It was his company.

2 - Austin has an older brother named Craig? Why all the attention showered on Austin - the lavish birthday parties, annual extravagant trips and willing him their most prized asset? Poor Craig, imagine how he must feel.

Around 6AM the morning Diane died, she got a call from #TexMcIver asking for "a little help today." "He said, Diane is dead, & I started screaming b/c it was just unbelievable." She got there shortly after 9. Tex hugged her & was "crying uncontrollably & could not talk" @wsbradio

Around 2014-15, Diane McIver asked Rachel Styles to make copies of papers, saying, "I cannot trust anyone else." Afterward, Diane said "Thank you so much. This is my new will." She didn't look at the papers. Doesn't know where it is today. #TexMcIver @wsbradio

Asked why #TexMcIver & Diane didn't seem to finish wills, attorney Harold Hudson says most people have foot-dragging: "Now, *if* I die..." He reminds people they WILL die. "It's not a fun task; Tex & Diane appeared to be very busy." Tough to get them to come handle it @wsbradio

Attorney Harold Hudson says the Putnam Co. ranch of Diane & #TexMcIver was held as "joint tenancy with rights of survivorship." This essentially means each person owns 50% of the property and if one person dies, the other person inherits the other's share @wsbradio

Cross: The way the ranch was owned, she couldn't leave ranch to Austin? Atty Harold Hudson: Correct. It was held jointly & was gonna go to #TexMcIver. So if she wanted to leave the ranch to Austin, there needed to be a change in ownership? Unless Tex died 1st, he says @wsbradio

This bored lawyer "I can't recall- last time I checked- that's what I said" Mr. Hudson has a terrible attitude, IMO. Empty file folder? will could have been shredded? I felt like smacking him...:slap:

I find it odd that these two women are claiming things like him crying uncontrollably and that they claim they said called ahead to Emory. Also spending the night in his bedroom the night he shot his wife? He wasn't remotely emotional with anyone else in all that time. But with them he was "crying uncontrollably"?

I heard one brother mentioned. And I heard of a sister. But I read two names. Dixie and Winnie. Are there two sisters or just one sister with the names Winnie and Dixie?

Winnie is his mother who died last summer at 98 or something...Dixie is in court every day dressed to the "nines".

On the women and their testimony really odd for sure...not sure if anyone caught the Annie the "masseuse" slept "on the floor" in Tex master bedroom ...only it seems no one actually saw her on the floor!!

Tex McIver murder trial: Testimony centers around couple's wills

"ATLANTA - Day 10 of testimony in the Tex McIver murder trial is underway....

Today the trial is entering its third week of testimony. So far the prosecution has struggled to show proof of Tex McIver’s alleged financial motive to murder his wife. On Friday, the prosecution was able to show Tex seemed preoccupied with money in the days and weeks after his wife’s death. They also presented evidence of McIver’s shifting narratives about what happened the night he shot Diane in their SUV...."

The ex-wife of a Fulton County Superior Court judge, and Diane McIver's boss and mentor, said she adored the judge's son, who was her godson.

"Shooting victim Diane McIver loved godson Austin Schwall so much that she told his mother that when she died, that she wanted the boy to have the 75-acre ranch near Lake Oconee she owned with her husband, Claud “Tex” McIver...."

BBM I hope they put the allusive/mysterious masseuse Annie on the stand....why would she sleep on Tex's bedroom floor???...,,- they had lots of room elsewhere- it was a double condo...

BBM Guess he implicitly trusted her and didn't worry how much she paid herself- she was worth every penny to him, I guess...

We HAVE to hear from Annie the masseuse! Trying to attach picture of the master bedroom from the listing photos. There's not a whole lot of floor space for a person to sleep!

Oh, I caught that alright! Two women slept at his home the night his wife died. One on the sofa and the other in his bedroom. And the one on the sofa "assumed" the other one slept on the floor. Though she never saw her on the floor or anything set up on the floor for her to sleep on. Nice upstanding husband shoots his wife in the back and then his "masseuse" sleeps in his bedroom that night.

Yes, like Diane kept all of her REI sleeping bags in the master closet just past the diamonds to the left of her 140 fur coats!
