Yeah GaSunshine, I agree........WHY? Doesn't seem to be an accident to me either...and trying to keep people from talking to the police. WOW.....I was wondering if she was going to leave him or was seeing a different side to him, maybe he had fear she was going to leave him? LE seems certain she had a more current will so one of her friends must've talked? .But I dont understand greed I guess....I mean on the surface I get it..but to kill someone? As you said, why ruin his life at this age..... that's why I wondered if maybe some kind of senility was setting in IDK, not that he wasn't always a bit feisty but hearing him talk, he's so calm on the news.....can't wait til the trial either!

Thinking maybe she told her Boss, Mr. Corey, about the will?? I wonder if Tex is a drunk on evenings/weekends? Who shoots at a buzzard? Also, don't understand why he needed to borrow money from her w/a loan extension if he is worth 2x more than her estate as he claims. I'm very interested to see if S.Sills or other influential names come out in trial..Thanks for responding. I love reading all of the posts from everyone! P.S.: Does anyone think that the Estate Manager perjured herself in Court?

Well that's interesting.
Seems like this case is like opening a can of worms..... Wonder what else might be dug up ?
Maybe she had some info on him , like a secret vice or past criminal conduct ?
If this was premeditated murder(& it appears it could be); maybe T. M. had committed other crimes ?

IMO[/QUOTE] That's what I'm wondering. I wish I knew how to sleuth them. lol New here & learning from ya'll :) I would love to hear an interview from Mr. Corey about his opinion of the McIver's relationship. I hope this thread picks up with lots of new info.
 
Sunshine, Yeah quite possibly she did! I know Dani Jo or whoever, was talking to the LE alot, ole texie didnt like it..thought maybe she knew something but i can see her putting her trust in Corey who entrusted this whole bs to her....also Cory enterprises is suing her estate right? DIdnt understand it all.........but Tex bought the land in Putnam but she owned the condo and the lot in GW and she loaned him almost 400k for the house or barn to be put on the property in putnam and her name is on it so she owns half of that too....PLUS she has/had several LLC's and a posh career, no telling what else.........so yeah, the narcissist.........LIETKYNES, that is weird about the link, I read it all and do not have a subscription, will try to locate it elsewhere if possible
 
You know after a while people start to show their true colors, I am not sure he isn't starting to get a touch of dementia or alzheimers or either he's just wicked....really why now? I cna't understand it......but it's quite possible she began seeing something in his personality that worried her, maybe not....but im going on if there is another will.........she may have just seem him threatening people alot under his breath/at home and im sure he probably did......i wonder when she got shot if she was consciesce enough to say, "oh hell, he did it" be glad to hear more on the second alleged Will....there will be nothing left anyway, for T, with lawsuits going on, wonder if maybe SHE was having an affair with someone she WORKED with.......something was up that's for sure!

Yes, Mr. Corey is suing her estate for repayment of the loan. I would love to know more about what he knows! I'm trying to figure out why Tex would ask DaniJo to tell the Police that she wasn't there? If he was going to say he was driving, seems he was going to blame someone on Edgewood Ave.?? I admit I have a gun too when driving on Edgewood Ave. or anywhere around here at night. But, my finger is NOT on the trigger nor is it pointed at anyone! Thanks for conversing with me on this. Not sure why I'm so interested.

sounds like she wouldnt have suspected him of anything but WHO?WHERE? did the idea of an alleged second will come from and why would she have one? Thinking Corey like you said....One thing we do know, is TRex is sneaky...likes to hide things, guns, witnesses, maybe documents?? but .yeah he'd probalby have blamed the shooting on a carjacking of black lives matter....He's some gunrights atty or something, he should know too! .WHY did he think dani jo would go along with that? He's quite delusional so far, thinking others would lie and that he wasn't going to look guilty shooting someone in the back, playing dumb, i swear he's delusional, why?....WHAT is THAT??....Also...I read elsewhere that this road is not so bad, but i have no clue.....makes him look worse if it isn't so bad....
