Yes I agree - this Is a formal review by the DOJ is not just a formality or lip service . He is reviewing the case he could press all types of very serious Federal charges. Three areas : Including reopening the civil case, charges of tampering with evidence cover up/ conspiracy by official in order to obliterate evidence, and another one usually reserved in GA for organized crimes .
Hmmm
reader, did you hear the Webster / Rosen interview ? What did you think about the possible 5- 7 persons of interest and the other people starting to come forward In time for the DOJ investigation?

Yes, I did listen to it a few days ago and found it very enlightening. Rosen and Webster have given all the information and evidence they have and are discovering to Mr. Moore the federal prosecutor and are in frequent contact with him. Webster in particular said he was surprised at all the local people, black and white, who have come forward to help get justice for Kendrick. They feel sure that charges will be made. Whether that happens or not we'll have to wait and see from Mr. Moore.
MSM please link to tampering with evidence.
...and likewise, MSM reference to gross incompetence. These are very strong allegations about professionals who likely suffered and lost much sleep over the investigation of the death of a child. These are not trivial accusations.
Not speaking for iSleuth, but I would say just read back on the threads on the case. There have been many previous links about the disappearance of evidence (clothes, organs, mat), possibly tampering of evidence (videos not provided in full and still missing parts), misuse of Kendrick's body (not sending him directly to GBI for autopsy and holding in the county in warm conditions), evidence not collected properly (blood, shoes, hooded jacket), parents not being kept informed of the investigation and their questions not answered by the county/state officials.
