seems to me she up and left and maybe squatters made the mess? land lords usually rent a big trash can and put it in the driveway as they discard worthless stuff and sell stuff of worth.

The house is in a bad part of town. Looks like Meadowbrook subdivision but I may be wrong.

If she goes to Josey Comp. HS that is the wrong neighborhood, so I am wrong.

Yep, Meadowbrook is 3 miles away.

On Tuesday, authorities said that Tripp was arrested in DeKalb County on an outstanding kidnapping charge. He's facing a felony charge of aggravated stalking.
During the investigation, authorities said that Carwell's mother, Tanya Faye Tripp, had recently moved from Augusta to the metro Atlanta area to be with Leon Tripp.

Atlanta Police, along with Richmond County Sheriff's Office investigators, arrested Tanya Tripp for hindering the apprehension of a criminal. She is being held at Atlanta City Jail

Has anyone found where Tanya is being held? I looked in Fulton and DeKalb jails and she is not listed there.

The house looked fine in Janell's FB pix. I think that people trash sit after she left...?
 
So they lived in one house in one place, she disappeared with the step monster, he was spotted in Atlanta, how far is that from where she lived?
The mom up and left the first house, with it appears most of their stuff, is the stuff Janell's? Where is the sibling?
The mom and the step monster are now in jail but no Janell?

It would definitely be interesting to know exactly what was left and who it belonged to.

Atlanta is two and a half hours away from Augusta, straight up I-20 West. The interstate is just a few minutes away off Bobby Jone Expressway.

Mum from hell is in Atlanta City Jail, bet she's having the time of her life, and the snitches in the pokey are going to be having a field day.
 
Geez... This is just crazy. I'm back to my original thought - that Mom and Step-Dad were in on this together. Maybe Mom was jealous of her daughter and wanted to be rid of her, so she could have stepdad all to herself. Women have done stranger things. JMO MOO Glad they are both in the pokey! Now where is Janelle?

ETA: Did they just throw all that stuff out in the yard? What on earth?
 
She's been on the other side of my camera a lot this month asking for the community's help in finding her 16-year-old.

Now, she's behind bar after deputies say she went to be with the man investigators say kidnapped her.

The Atlanta City Detention Center sent us her mug shot.

Are you kidding me?? The mom left her house and moved to where he was at? And he is accused of having something to do with her daughters disappearance!! Priorities are screwed up. OMGOSH
 
Something awful happened to that girl on her birthday and mum is covering up for her boyfriend/husband.

According to the Augusta County (GA) Marshal's Office website:
"The eviction process begins with the landlord or agent filing a dispossessory affidavit with the Civil and Magistrate Court. Once a dispossess has been served at the residence, the tenant has seven days to file an answer with the Clerk of Court. If no answer is filed, or the tenant does not prove their case in court, a writ of possession (commonly referred to as the eviction order) is issued." (BBM)

In the case of the Tripps'/Ms. Carwell's property, the dispossessory affidavit was entered on 4/13/2017 (four days before LaTania was taken, according to Tanya Tripp) and completed on 4/17/2017 (the very day LaTahia was taken), followed by the eviction order served on 5/22/2017. The complainant is Wells Fargo Bank, so most likely the home has been foreclosed upon:

I'm sure it's just a coincidence, but the timeline is somewhat curious, IMO.

In any case ... I hate that there have been zero updates on LaTania's whereabouts since the arrests ... :tantrum:.
