NINE Co-defendants pleasin #YSL RICO trial: Sergio Kitchens aka Gunna acknowledged #YSL is a gang. He has knowledge that some members have committed crimes.
Gunna plea: "I recognize, accept and deeply regret that my talent and music indirectly furthered YSL the gang to the detriment of my community. #YSL as a gang must end." Sentenced to 5 years with 1 year commuted to time served and the rest suspended.
Gunna plea: 500 community service hours, 350 of which must involve speaking w/young people about the dangers of gangs. Must testify truthfully if called upon, however in a statement to the media his attorney said he would plead the 5th.
Walter Murphy aka DK plea: Murphy admitted he was the co-founder of #YSL. He pleaded guilty to 1 RICO count. 1 year time served, 9 years probation. Murphy has agreed to “testify truthfully in any further trial as it may become necessary”
Wunnie Lee aka Slimelife Shawty plea: 1 RICO count. 1 year time served, 9 years probation. He may be called to testify, his attorney said if he is he will tell the truth but added, that “may or may not help the person asking the questions”
Martinez Arnold aka Lil Duke plea: 1 RICO count. 1 year time served, 9 years probation. As part of the deal Arnold will testify “truthfully” if asked to at trial but reserves the right to invoke the Fifth. He was not required to acknowledge that #YSL is a gang.
Quantavious Grier aka Unfoonk plea: Unfoonk is #YoungThug's brother. Pleaded guilty to 2 counts. Time esrved plus 10 yrs probation. No contact with brother. 750 hours of community service. Must testify if called but reserves the right to plead the 5th.
Antonio Sumlin aka Obama plea: 1 Rico count, 2 conspiracy counts. 15 years probation. As part of the deal, Sumlin will testify truthfully if asked to during trial but reserves the right to invoke the 5th.
Antonio Sledge aka Mounk Tounk plea: He will testify if called and CANNOT plead the fifth. He has signed off on statements that #YSL is a gang, he agreed to testify to drive-by shootings, murders, etc… and knowledge/involvement of Williams aka #YoungThug.
Trontavious Stephens aka Tick aka Slug plea: 10 years, 2 yrs served, 8 years probation. He has to testify if called and cannot invoke 5th on the acknowledgments he made in writing.
Derontae Bebee aka Bee aka B plea: As part of his negotiated plea, Bebee was sentenced to 15 years, with five years in prison and 10 years on probation.
