I also see Esther Panitch, and the Sneiderman parents. Esther represents Hemy's ex-wife and the Sneidermans in the custody and civil disputes with Andrea. Esther is a frequent TH on HLN.
 
And immediately the DA asks the judge when he would like to hear the motion to drop the first three counts of the indictment.
 
It is unnerving to c her acting like this is her own tv show. She missed her calling in acting.
 
I can't understand a word the judge is saying. Anyone else?
 
Judge Adams will not rule on the admissibility of Melanie White's testimony (hearsay), he has taken it under advisement and will provide a ruling (I think he said) early next week. Sidebar
 
Judge's "white noise" makes a racket. I wonder if court room hears this too

I think insurance fraud was dropped from indictment. Maybe someone knows for sure.
 
They're back - I believe the prosecutor is addressing the judge about the motion to dismiss.
