Another sociopath who thinks she's smarter than all of them...:snooty:. I think she has prolly always thought she was the smartest one -- what a piece of work. Ummmm. It would be tuff for me to <shiver> work with her, to have her as a neighbor, etc., etc.

IMHO, even if she were absolutely innocent of any charges (which, of course, she is NOT), she's just not like-able. :notgood: Who would want to spend time with her, ever? Or is it just me? She makes my skin crawl...

And this is exactly why HN was the perfect patsy for AS. He fell into her "trap" he killed Rusty for her and once he did the deed she denies any involvement.

I'm so lost! What the heck is this defense lawyer getting at? :dunno:

The defense attorney just wants to try to make the detective look inept.

The helicopters .....they were drones Mr. DT.. Snark here ....this attorney has no real meat...smoke and mirrors and a very negative way of questioning.

Can't wait to hear his tone with defense witnesses. Would love to know how much this defense is costing AS and her family. Anybody know?

Notice how he's concentrating on the minutia of the investigation. Part of it is to show the police were slow in hitting on Hemy (in spite of the fact that Andrea rated the Mexican and the pest control guy pretty high on her list). By focusing on the murder, they are also avoiding talking about their client.

What the guy on the Live Stream is saying also!

Imo, the defense HAS to cross examine the detective, but the defense can't argue against what's been recorded, so he just asks inane questions and tries to make the detective appear like he is 'confused' about what he's talking about. The defense is doing the smoke and mirrors dance! :twocents:

HN was one of the FIRST people AS attempted to call.......incredible. It is actually surprising this didn't tip off law enforcement.

Live Stream announcers also saying it looks suspicious that AS's family would not permit the search of the home and how forceful LE had to be, with a warrant to gain access to the house. Who does this when their husband and son-in-law has been shot ...and they profess to NOT KNOW who the killer is? So suspicious.

whatever it is, it's costing her too much for what she's gotten so far. MOO

Or her parents! I don't think her money is still frozen, but she doesn't like to spend it. The insurance money, as we all learned, is under litigation and can't be spent.

Mom and Dad also bought a house so Andrea and the kids could live with them.

Tipstaff - the defense claims AS tried to call HN only because he was her boss and she had left the office in such a rush to go to the daycare, that she didn't have the chance to tell him she was leaving. That sounds plausible and it may be THE ONE AND ONLY thing that AS did that made sense after she got the call.
I agree completely with your comment about what kind of people would NOT want to help LE....mighty suspicious if someone isn't guilty!

During the break, on the Live Stream with the reporter and defense lawyer talking, the lawyer says he thought the PT and DT sides were even. I assume he is giving the DT good marks only because he's one, too, but I think the PT has done a great job of showing that she DID hinder the investigation and she more definitely perjured herself. It's all recorded. AS should have taken the plea deal.

ChubbyCheeks I don't buy her reasoning.....I believe a person getting such a phone call would tell their nearest co worker and would also tell this co worker that they would be in touch with their employer as soon as they had information or knew more.

I have never seen anyone cry at hearing themselves cry. seriously!

I so agree with you and I was shaking my head when I heard that. Like, what? Really? I think she's in quicksand and fading fast. JMO

I dare say, Andrea probably helped Heme pick the costume to wear, so she probably was able to give a perfect description.

I am freakin' annoyed with the poor sound quality on the live streams apparently controlled by the court - I can barely hear what's being said especially the police interview audio tapes ... grrr .... we need transcripts!

I agree with you. If I had received a call like that, I wouldn't give a second thought to work, and I'd be telling the closest person I had an emergency as I ran from the office.
I was only giving AS and her lawyer the benefit of the doubt; in and of itself, to hear her lawyer explain the call to HN, yes, it sounded plausible.
What's more curious is why HN didn't answer her call. Or maybe that was part of the plan, too.

Ok at the risk of having rotten tomatoes thrown at me...lol....could someone take the kids to another room while the police are questioning about a murder?........

Let the throwing of the tomatoes begin.....everything this woman does annoys me.

Are we listening to the whole interview.........the background is so annoying. I can't imagine what the police thought with this interview.
