Just an FYI, the witness Tammi Parker talked to was Elizabeth Stansbury. Her husband is Ryan, I believe, a very strong supporter of Andrea who has done tv interviews about why Andrea is totally innocent and a victim of prosecutorial abuse. JMO IMO

I don't know the law in Georgia, but most state don't have depositions to the level Florida does. Some do not allow them at all.

That's the thing. The defense is really trying to get people to say she was informed. I'm scratching my head over that since it would clearly have been perjury for AS to deny it at Hemy's trial.

That denial is what really lit the fire under the prosecution to go after her on the charges.
