So Andrea's reason for calling Hemy those four times was to let him know that Rusty had been in some sort of accident and she left work in a hurry BUT she didn't bother to leave a voice message letting him know this when she couldn't get a hold of him??? Yet she had no problem sending a text message to a co worker about Rusty being shot??? Yea, I don't think the jury is going to buy that excuse.

Agree! All it takes is one phone call/one voicemail/one text. Why did she need to also text the co-worker specifically asking him to tell Hemy when she could have texted him directly?

I'm aware that Andrea has this new guy, JD, but don't know the rest of the details.

When did they supposedly start dating? Do you know their back-story? If I remember correctly, he was the husband of one of Andrea's friends, right?

Absolutely the best cell phone testimony I have ever heard. If only Drane-Burdick had done that at the end of the prosecution case. There might have been a different outcome.

He was. Her name was mentioned by AS in one of the tapes as one of the people at the house to help out.

As far as when the relationship started, I'm sure neither is telling. There have been those who believe he was the party she was desirous of being with when she suckered Hemy into killing Rusty.

One fact is known, though. His wife served divorce papers on him about the time Andrea testified at Hemy's trial. He escorted her away from the courthouse after she was kicked out for her antics/threats to Shayna. The wife was 6 months pregnant at the time.

I find it disgusting that Andrea hosted the baby shower for this man's wife when she was pregnant with their second child and had "playdates" for their children and then to turn around and have him live with her after Rusty is killed.

If the def wants the answers to those questions, they can hire their own guy. They are trying to represent that because this guy didn't perform the tests THEY wanted, he is unreliable.
It's this kind of underhanded carp that makes me feel a certain way toward def attorneys.

You forgot mow the grass. Mr himself said in an interview that (paraphrasing) no one else was going to mow the grass or change the lightbulbs so he had to do it. Of course I never knew that one had to move in and live with the person that needed help with those things.

That's true, also asking questions of tests that were not done by this agent who says they are unreliable. I don't get it, I think they are reaching.

Ok, thanks. That's what I thought. I've heard bits and pieces of this. What a mess she has created of everybody's lives.

It is somewhat weird that she is going above and beyond to try to cover up the Hemy affair that so obviously happened... yet she seems to have no problem with openly being with this man that she stole from her friend while her friend was 6 months pregnant. I just scratch my head as to what the h#ll these people are thinking.
