I very much doubt that if prostitute is raped by a john, her history of prostitution would not be admissible. For one, prostitution is illegal.

Pretty certain a woman's sexually history cannot be used against her in a rape case. However, the defense might, for instance, ask a LE witness or other witnesses specific relevant questions to hopefully state or infer that she is a prostitute.

jjenny, I have a large hearing loss in one ear. I have two dogs and kids. They like to get up very, very early. Sometimes I would like to sleep past 5 am. If I turn my "bad" ear up and my "good" ear into the pillow, I can sleep. If not, I hear everything. When I'm up and about, people speaking to my "good ear" get heard. For example, in a movie theater, I can hear the ambient sound of the movie just fine, but I put my kids on my right side so I can hear them if they want to speak to me during the movie.

I'm not convinced that is true. It is my theory that he pretended he had ED to hide his constant sexting with strangers. He had no trouble taking pictures of his erect penis for them. **JMO. He is saying the EXACT same thing that he said in the prosecution testimony. 2-3 times a month he takes Cooper to eat BEFORE work. OCCASIONALLY, he takes Cooper and goes back through the drive through. (This is coming straight from Ross in his statement.) Same information, the defense is just trying to paint it in a "see, he goes after daycare, he could have just forgotten and been thrown off" picture.

Now go to the testimony about the CFA worker who said RH goes there all of the time.

I went through the whole thing, that is the testimony about chicfila under defense testimony. They don't have his financials completely, yet. (The defense does NOT say they do.) I suspect when they get it, their information will be confirmed, that it's an occasion thing. Even if it's not, it's STILL a matter or rotutine 2-3 times a month for him to go with Cooper. There is NOTHING off about his routine that day.
