I'm so excited for her family, but I'm sure this is dredging up a lot of conflicting feelings. She won't be back. Edited to say I'm not trying to be a downer. I just feel for her family.

Per the court appearance: Entered Tara's home unlawfully, assaulted and murdered her there, removed the body with intent to conceal the death. Something about burglary was stated, but I missed it.

Apparently he did this with his hands during the commission of his burglary. Or that was what I understand from the charges the judge read to him.
