On the local news channel Tuesday night David Ashburn who is the director of emergency services was answering questions from the locals (via phone) about the ponds, etc. Callers are on the air too. During the show, Theresa's younger sister, Christina called in to the show and was on the phone for about 30min. She told the listeners that she had called the non emergency 911 number to have a deputy go out and check on her sister in the early a.m. hours Thursday. The deputy did and this is what she said, "the deputy went by the house around 6:00a.m. and found Sam Parker's truck in the driveway, but Theresa's car was not there. An hour or two later the deputy went back by the house and found Thersa's car in the driveway and Sam's truck was gone".

I'm thinking since she called the non-emergency number to 911 there may not have been documentation of this - I don't know. They can still use the testimony of the officer who drove by but I'm sure there are certain protocols they have to follow especially since what he saw would be important to the investigation. Then again, there could have been documentation of it and they didn't want SP to know about it. Anyway, I'm wandering what Ben (cop that was arrested) did during the day on Thursday while Sam was fishing? While Sam was fishing was his cop/friend disposing of the body???? I do know Sam and Ben are very very good friends. Could be they are trying to put pressure on Sam to confess? ~ JMO If Theresa was murdered I don't think Ben had anything to do with that. I do believe Sam involved him in someway. I do know Ben took a lie detector test and was told the results "were not good". What the false statements were?...I don't know

At the time I found this strange and it still makes my hair raise a little. But again, I know so few of the details and the sheriff is keeping a lot of information quiet. I believe her husband did this poor woman in and has gone to great pains in hiding his deed. Just like all websluethers, I want to know ALL of the story

With the sweater and capris, we can assume in this area the victim went missing in the Fall.

Capris wouldn't be usual attire for Winter and a sweater wouldn't be Spring or Summer.

The sweater looked to be open down the front, as if maybe a tee shirt of sorts could have been worn underneath. This could mean it was still warm enough during the day for a tee shirt and capris and in the evening a sweater was needed.

The high top tennis shoes and the capris have me in a quandry...

I just can't see Tara wearing capris and high top black tennis shoes...

In fact, from all photographs I have ever seen I can't see her in the button down the front sweater and tee shirt underneath with capris on either....

Would this fit Theresa Parker's style of dress more than Tara's?

The breast implants should have a serial number on it. Mine does. I have a card with the maker and serial number in my purse... and saw a Forensic Files show where they used this infor to identify a body one time!

Not sure about Theresa's style so really can't say whether the style would match either. To me, there is also the possibility of it being Leslie Adams in addition to Tara. One thing to think about is if it were Tara, it might not be her style of clothing that she would wear together usually but they know she was already in the house and had undressed from the cookout she had went to so she might have just thrown something on real quick. Say for example if she was just running outside to get something out of her car that she forgot, or to pick someone up that called her and she wasn't planning on getting out, or if the doorbell rang or she heard someone outside and she was already dressed for bed she could have just threw on the first thing she saw laying around just to be presentable. A lot of possibilities.... maybe the serial # of the breast implant will still be able to be seen and that will be the clue that leads them to find out who this is. I sure hope it doesn't go unsolved.

It's now been two months since Walker County 9-1-1 dispatcher Theresa Parker disappeared. It's a story that's made national headlines. Now those close to Theresa hope a bigger cash incentive leads to new information. Monday night, co-workers held a barbecue to raise reward money for any details leading to Theresa's whereabouts.http://www.newschannel9.com/articles/theresa_12467___article.html/money_parker.html

Ok rd. I am very anxious to get your take on this little piece of pie. The script is one thing, but watch the video-- what about tonal infliction and body language...

weird stuff here folks.

WALKER COUNTY, Ga. (FOX 5) -- The husband of missing 911 dispatcher Theresa Parker spoke out for the first time. The GBI calls Sam Parker a "person of interest" but he insists he had nothing to do with his wife's disappearance.

Sam Parker said he thinks he knows where his estranged wife is and he believes she is still alive

Asked if he harmed the missing dispatcher, Parker replied "No…she got caught in a mess and imploded."

In his first interview since his wife of 14 years vanished, Sam Parker said he believes his wife fled Georgia after getting caught in an extra marital affair.

Parker said he thinks he knows where his wife is but is not going to bother her. He thinks she is still alive.

"I think I know where but I'll just let it go at that if she's happy fine," said Parker.

If I had been in isolation for the last 3 months and knew absolutely nothing about this case, and, if you told me to "watch this video and tell me if you think the man is lying or telling the truth" based on nothing but what you see here, I would say, "That guy is full of bull".

He reminds me of Justin Barber. Same vibrations, same smirk, same tone, same attitude, same aire, same lying eyes, same "poor little me".

Sorry Charlie. Same breed of .

Don't forget Leslie is missing too right about the same time as Tara. The bad thing here is that no one but the killers know what these women were wearing when they disappeared. I would guess that both Leslie and Tara had changed clothes from when they were last seen...Leslie had gone to a club with a friend the night before she disappeared and Tara had attended something or other and didn't she go to a bar-b-que afterward? Never heard about any of the three women having implants but maybe that was just never mentioned in the media.

My observations of the video - I just watched the Sam Parker interview from the link - thanks guys. I have to say that after watching that, I believe even more firmly that he is guilty. Come on - on one hand he's complaining that the people are ready to lynch him and about still being a suspect, but on the other hand he says he thinks he knows where she is but he isn't going to tell anybody b/c he doesn't want to bother her...??? What's wrong with that picture. Of course he would tell if he knew. As far as him saying she ran after an extramarital affair, that could be some telling info - he probably thought she was having an "affair" and got jealous and controlling, which coupled with the divorce and the money he was going to have to give her all led to this (they were separated so it wouldn't be much of an affair on him unless you just say so because the divorce wasn't final but that's beside the point). He does have some strange movements in the video - I never saw him move and talk before this though so I don't know if that's usual for him.

I also think he is under the influence of something in that video. Alcohol or "medication" (perhaps prescribed after his recent breakdown) would be my guess - or perhaps a mixture of both. The hand gestures were a dead give away IMO. From previous reports we know they were issues with alcohol.

WTH? Thank you OTOH for mentioning the video clip, as I didn't watch it the first time, I just read the article. Then after you mentioned the odd behavior, I had to go back and watch.

I'll say it again...WTH? As gagal zoned in on, he thinks she voluntarily left after imploding due to getting caught in an e-m affair...then goes on to complain that he's been "Waco'd" (love it, as I'm sitting here in Waco, LOL!) and when will he no longer be a suspect....BUT YET HE'LL JUST LET IT GO, AS LONG AS SHE'S HAPPY!!!! Yeah, that's normal behavior for a POI who would like to be cleared!

Also, where's his concern, care, etc. for her welfare and making sure she's okay? Why is he SOOOO convinced she left and went to GA? Why? What's led him to believe that? Has he told LE of all his leads so they can follow up? Or out of his respect for her (cough cough "BS" cough cough), he'll just let her disappear into GA and not help LE and her family have closure on this case?

Yeah, buddy, you just did a Scott Peterson interview, IMO. Hope it comes back to bite him just as it did for Scott. IMO, of course....

Oh My God! It does not take a FBI agent with a freaking Criminal Justice Major and a Lie Detector to see that Sam Parker is lying through his teeth! Between the Freudian slips and the body language he has all but taken a guilty plea…. My opinion of course.

I really like the choke hold he mimicks followed by the quick karate chops when he answers the question, “Did you kill her?” In a rising tone Sam says, “No. no no no no no NO. She got caught in a………….mess. And imploded”

Now I wonder what he really does know. Not about TP, but about the clowns (LE) protecting him from day one. There could be no other explanation for why SP has not been broken. He must have a huge boulder hanging over their heads, held carefully in place by a thread…

They are literally shaking in their boots knowing SP could cut that thread with a single word…

I didn't see this posted. Hope I've not duplicated someone's post.

Yuck! He is sitting on a couch just like mine. Poor Teresa!

Snip>>>>Asked if he harmed the missing dispatcher, Parker replied "No…she got caught in a mess and imploded." >>>snip

Well, I get from his interview that he used his explosives on her. The “mess” she got into was with him. And I have complete confidence that he does indeed “think” he knows where she is.

>>>snip "I did not ever want to harm her, ever. And I never did," said Parker. "I've got not anything to hide, anything to lie about--and with that, that's the only thing I've got to go on." >>>snip

Past tense Mr. Parker? Don’t you mean, “I wouldn’t harm her”?

Snip>>>>Sam Parker said his estranged wife left just days after he gave her $3,000 to pay off credit card bills and just days before he was supposed to give her $20,000 as part of their divorce agreement.<<<snip

Motive -IMO

:(

Shades of Scott...

"Laci is alive...she's alive and in Modesto"

Whaa...???

~snip~

Parker reportedly agreed to talk to the Atlanta station on the condition the interview not air in Chattanooga.

The interview did air in Chattanooga via FOX News on cable and has since be posted on the internet.

Poor Sam.:( He's having a rough time of it.:liar: Fox news did not keep the interview away from his neighbors and now everyone in Lafayette knows that TP is still alive. Most likely, living it up in Mexico. It gets worse. The mean old men at the FBI have taken Sams "Movie Gallery Card" away from him. Somebody please tell me what he's gonna do for entertainment. Oh, to top it off, TP did not sign the divorce papers before she skeedaddled. Damn. Does that mean he will have to wait for her to come home from Mexico before he can clean up the mess?

I wanna know what was so funny that Sammy could barely keep that #$@& eatin' grin off his face. Talk about the cat that ate the canary!;)

I hate to say it but that ole boy is cooked. Justin Barber move over!

rd. check in on the video clip. what do ya think?

otoh

What's the matter, Sam? Feeling ostracized from all the buddies you had, the family that once thought you to be an upstanding guy? When you walk down the street into the pharmacy to buy your 'medication', do you feel the stares?
He is grasping at straws, hoping against hope he will be believed and life will return to normal. He knows the truth, I believe. Why now is he speaking? Could he be in therapy and finally deciding to open up?

wow, otoh. They better never put him on the witness stand. The more he lies, the more his eyes bug out and the higher his voice goes.

The whole tenor is supposed to be that of a wronged man, so wronged he is almost speechless, but it comes out as basically "how did this go so wrong?".

Two reactions that stood out even more, and it takes a lot to stand out in that performance. One was the answer to "do you think your wife is alive?". The answer was an instantaneous "yeah", and then more about let her be happy where she is. The "yeah" I think would have jerked a lie detector sideways.

The other is a place where I think he got himself stuck and didn't know how to get out of it. He didn't really, with long pauses between words. That was "I did not think... this would go... so..." and then I think he switches gears and starts talking about the FBI harassing him.

The "she imploded", this coming from a guy with C4 in his locker, while he's chopping his hands and shaking his head is pretty scary. He also repeated several times "I'm not even going there, I won't go there" when asked about the night she disappeared.

I don't know, could be just me, but it sounds too much like he's not going where he took her, which more or less is the same there as not talking about that night he took her there, wherever there is.

The look in his eyes was as lacking of conviction as I've ever seen in anyone's eyes. Let's hope that Sam Parker finds conviction, one way or the other.
