According to
a timeline from 11 Alive News in Atlanta, Foster’s fiancé, Reginald Robertson, told authorities he grew concerned when Foster wasn’t home by 10 p.m. The next day, she missed her class at Georgia Military College and was formally reported missing.
A week later, Foster’s car was found 30 miles away in College Park, Georgia, a suburb southwest of Atlanta. Her purse, debit card, and keys were still inside the 2020 Nissan Altima. Three days after her car was discovered, Foster missed a planned flight to Texas, and her family member’s hearts sank even lower.
Several weeks later, in April, police charged Foster’s fiancé with theft for moving the vehicle after she was reported missing, but they repeatedly clarified that Robertson’s theft arrest was not directly related to Foster’s disappearance. Robertson was reportedly also charged with aggravated assault and kidnapping stemming from an alleged domestic incident between him and Foster before her disappearance. Later,
authorities did name Robertson as a person of interest in Foster’s case. He remains in the Coweta County, Georgia, Jail without bond on the kidnapping and assault charges.
