@Caring1Could anyone list her exclusions? I don't mind if you can't as it would be a huge undertaking. Or is the exclusion list the same as post #133?

I'd say it's possible, if not probable. Even though I never really thought about this computer generated reconstruction, they do seem to look alike. The info about Winnie having a mothers ring is compelling too.So I was reading the FB page of Jane Does and Missing 1970s-1980s and came across a post about Winnie Kersey who has been missing from Jacksonville FL since 1982. It is stated that Winnie did have a Mother's Ring and that got me thinking about this Jane Doe found in GA in 1992. I did a google map search - it's about a 5 hour drive between Jacksonville and Union City GA.
According to NamUs and the Doe Network, these remains were skeletal and have been there for years. They are believed to be between 16-30 years, 5'6-5'10 (both within range to when Winnie went missing.) She is listed as being 27 years old when she went missing and 5'9.
The Jane Doe has both Dentals and DNA available, but not sure about Winnie, Doe Network says "unknown" about the dentals and DNA available. Here is a side by side of the two.

I submitted to the Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office. Hoping to hear back.
I have been trying to figure out this Jane Doe since 2012 lol. I figured it was worth a shot since she hasn't been identified yet.I'd say it's possible, if not probable. Wow, I really feel like it's a great resemblance. So I was reading the FB page of Jane Does and Missing 1970s-1980s and came across a post about Winnie Kersey who has been missing from Jacksonville FL since 1982. I put a read receipt on the email I sent, so I know at least when they read it. LOL So far, they haven't read it yet. If I don't hear back soon, I will find someone on Winnie's end to email.
It's becoming more and more likely this girl isn't in NamUs as a missing person. Her DNA is available, so the only option I see is letting a company like @othram step in. How about it, Othram?Gladys Cromer was added to the rule out/exclusion list on 5/13/24
Currently we have 58 exclusions with some listed twice.

I agree because I have submitted quite a few possible matches to this Jane Doe over the last 12 years and she is still unidentified. (Some of the ones I submitted are still not shown on the rule out list)It's becoming more and more likely this girl isn't in NamUs as a missing person. NoHas Kimberly King been ruled out?
