Hm I'm wondering if we are going to get a hung jury due to lack of evidence or evidence tampering!?
So, Crump is who's attorney?
In the blink of the eye when he unholstered his weapon is where premeditation is found in this case and so many others that we have all watched together. In the lack of evidence of any warning, in the decision to skulk and follow an innocent child.
Either way, he certainly fit the profile of people who had been doing burglaries in the area. Just common sense.
I think you are seeing stress on his face. When I am stressed I tend to look sleepy but I am freaking out on the inside... I just shut down..
Is O'Mara trying to get Trayvon's father removed or did I misunderstand?
I think he is TM's parents' atty.
Trayvons' parents for their civil claims
In my opinion he was not a kid. And most teens I know would show respect to an adult given the circumstances. Explained that his father lived there and he was returning from the store. Was there any verbal exchange? What I have read says that GZ had turned to go back to his truck and TM jumped him from the rear. Is that incorrect info. ty
Did the profile identify age, sex or race of these burglars?
I guarantee you if he was a girl who was attacked and rape people would be calling her a baby, a child and just a kid. He is equally under age and a child.
State does not have enough for a 2nd degree murder charge.
It's very obvious by looking at all the evidence that this is a self defense case.
Or maybe he's not getting any sleep. I imagine the whole thing, from beginning to now, would be eating at him.
What rules did he break?
Wasn't TM 19 years old at the time, that's past the age of majority, IIRC.
Trayvon had just turned 17. He was a kid! He was legally a minor, a kid, a teen. Those are the facts.
Hope the family is reigned in.
