THE Crown says Baden-Clay's conduct from the time he killed his wife to the end of his trial was "not only calculated, but cold-blooded" and proves he is "a man who is at least capable of murder".
Mr Sofronoff pointed to Baden-Clay lying to his own family while his wife remained missing and his preparedness to keep the truth from his children as proof of his dubious character.
"One could conclude about him that this was a man... who is capable of murder," he said.
