He has to answer for five sexual offenses between 2000 and 2017, including child abuse. He is said to have committed these acts in Portugal.

Unethical approach & rather inappropriate but unlikely to be outside the boundaries of the law. The fact it was brought up in court indicates that they’re pretty confident it came from FF. With this case, there have always been characters who’d go to the lengths of sending bogus emails to victims, so I hope Hazel’s team are certain of its origin.

This & the claim in court that Fulscher tried to pass off as a witness to draw information out of another witness are 2 returns no defence would want fired back at them in court.

HaB’s attack was not handed to the BKA by the PJ. The latter did not see it as similar enough to crimes suggested by the BKA. The BKA also did not compare the attack to three other crimes of a similar nature which have known offenders - these crimes are available on a database. Finally, HaB suggested her attacker was left handed in her statement. This does not match CB.

These things don’t look good for the BKA or prosecution.

It’s hard to say with Google translate. Both articles suggest that there are issues with some of the evidence found at the box factory.

To me, it sounds like the trial has moved from statements to an analysis of other evidence.

MS said in an interview that he identified the girl in the video as the girl from social assistance. And yet that girl cannot be traced as a witness?

Ref the three other attacks, these were in Portugal presumably and it seems the perps or perp were apprehended, but the Portuguese didn't prosecute in the HaB case? lack of evidence? which seems to be the case even now.

The whole theme of the HaB attack is the attacker took precautions to leave no forensics and so he could not be recognised. So that makes it difficult to prosecute or to link to any other solved case IMO

But you'd look to the solved one's for a link, from what @Denis R Tandib describes, this didn't happen.
