she cant find him guilty without the evidence just because of what he said . Not just that HCW has never ever said they will wait for all appeals to go through before making a move in the MM case. He has however said there may or may not be the evidence to indict in that case.
I agree. Particularly as there could be appeals and counter appeals. But there are other issues which haven't drawn a great deal of interest of late, but they are still there.

There are two viable options open regarding the charging and prosecution of the prime suspect in MM's disappearance.
- the Germans may take him to trial
- or the Portuguese might
Just a matter of time until it all kicks off looking as if the belt and braces of the five serious sexual charges have still to do their job. But the fall back position to 'mak sikker' has been in existence since 2022 and wasn't put in place for no reason.
