Given it's about CB are you saying there's a link? The murder of Monika P in Hanover 2010 hasn't been solved yet.
There were some rumours a while agoGiven it's about CB are you saying there's a link?
Its either The reporting of the Dr's assessment is a condradiction, he's alleged to have said CB is in the absolute top league of dangerousness and then says he's only likely to reoffend in the 30%-50% range which is 70%-50% he wont.
Wells there's one the BKA are certain of with no charge in sight ,it would best clear that one up first. There were some rumours a while ago
“
Madeleine McCann suspect Christian Bruecker had previously made a chilling confession to a friend that led him to go to the police.
A source called Aberie, who used to be friends with Brueckner, said he confessed he had "accidently killed" his ex girlfriend Monika Pawlak.
According to The Sun, Aberie said the peadophile admitted he killed Pawlak when he was drunk.
Aberie went to the police in 2010, about the same time Pawlak was mutilated and stuffed in two bin bags.
Police investigated Brueckner at the time over her death in 2010, but he was never charged.”

German police say they have enough evidence to charge Brueckner and hope the probe into his alleged involvement will conclude next year.
thats one thing I dont understand. Considering it took a couple of years to take the current trial to court they could at least have charged him for the MM caseWells there's one the BKA are certain of with no charge in sight ,it would best clear that one up first.

Probably wouldn't get passed the first hurdle.thats one thing I dont understand. Considering it took a couple of years to take the current trial to court they could at least have charged him for the MM case
One presumes BKA investigated the information received but found no evidence to back it up.Wells there's one the BKA are certain of with no charge in sight ,it would best clear that one up first.
The MM case was still under very active investigation until 2023 and still isthats one thing I dont understand. Considering it took a couple of years to take the current trial to court they could at least have charged him for the MM case
It’ll be a factor I think. She’ll need to assess whether it’s have safe enough to be on the streets. It has been said that his report only comes into play if he is convicted so to be honest she shouldnt really bear his words in mind unless she does convict him.
I think their plan is very simple & very obvious. Prosecute these 5 cases, wait until all proceedings & appeals have concluded, then make their move in the MM case. The MM case was still under very active investigation until 2023 and still is

There was sufficient evidence available in 2022 to allow charges to be laid against CB for serious sexual crimes which were totally unrelated to the MM case except for the fact police found them as a result of separate investigation of crimes against MM.
she cant find him guilty without the evidence just because of what he said . Not just that HCW has never ever said they will wait for all appeals to go through before making a move in the MM case. He has however said there may or may not be the evidence to indict in that case. It’ll be a factor I think. She’ll need to assess whether it’s have safe enough to be on the streets.

Passing over their files before other proceedings have ended would be idiotic.
Probably wouldn't get passed the first hurdle.
No, while they can continue to claim that CB did for MM without actually having to try and prove it, they are content to do so, particularly if they can get him locked away for something else in perpetuity .
I must admit myself to be at a loss as to why it would be a shameful outcome for a sexual abuser and aggravated rapist to be locked up having been found guilty of his crimes after due process. And as some of us have been saying from the outset, that would be the worst possible and most shameful outcome.
I agree. Particularly as there could be appeals and counter appeals. But there are other issues which haven't drawn a great deal of interest of late, but they are still there.she cant find him guilty without the evidence just because of what he said . Not just that HCW has never ever said they will wait for all appeals to go through before making a move in the MM case. He has however said there may or may not be the evidence to indict in that case.
True. I think the park incident may highlight this. Almost everybody would believe the children & not the paedophile. Even with that, the judge may decide it’s not enough.she cant find him guilty without the evidence just because of what he said . Not just that HCW has never ever said they will wait for all appeals to go through before making a move in the MM case. He has however said there may or may not be the evidence to indict in that case.
