And, trying to figure out when HB Feingold died (was it Jan 2011)??

It was Harry's house previously.

I think the property was sold to Strickoff or "friends of Bellone" lol.....in 2004. But don't set that in stone ..... cause I could be misremembering. ....have to double check.

His mother had died and his father remarried a Columbian national lady. That was the drug connection the family got in with. I forget how the drugs were moved up into NY.

Yes I having trouble with that myself ..... the only way I can see for any confusion is if someone mentioned it used to be Fiengolds house ....

I mean if you want to research it .... if you know which house .... its an easy internet check on things like Blockshopper and the like ..... it tells you the current owners of a home. ........ so yeah Im wondering why they are confused.

Hopefully Hawk will comment 2morrow ....He knows alot more about it and has the sales figures.....which brings up a whole heap more questions.

I don't know how accurate the information is on who owns the bar. The Brewer's owned or own the property and the bar is leased out. I'm betting the Brewer family still owns the property. The mother ruled the bar with an iron fist no matter who ran the business and this is within recent years. Local rumor is that serving alcohol is not the bar's primary interest.

Could be a relative, or someone using his name so as not to be ID'd by his real name.

Bellone was elected in November 2011. The campaign (Friends of Bellone) would have been set up much sooner, say a year or so earlier. Of course, Stricoff could have come into possession later. I have a strong hunch, though, that the house was obtained by Stricoff as a domicile/campaign headquarters in, or prior to, 2011, equipped to hold "fun"-raisers. Will keep looking for the right docs when I can. Don't have much time today.

According to what I read is Harry Feingold was a prolific drug dealer in that area. His father was his connection out of Florida. His brother Mark was arrested and jailed with him. At about 1995, Feingold is released from federal prison although he was convicted by the then Suffolk DA. He gets out and I have no reason to know where he is living. What I do find he is running a sex related business which was widely advertised on the Internet.

In 2000 he buys the house on Savannah Walk for 225, and in May, 2004 he sells it to Stricoff for 825. The problem as I see it the record shows the house was only valued at 425, which may have been high because of the mortgage fraud that was going on. Stricoff secures a mortgage of at least 700K for a house worth only 425. To this very day, or 12 years later this house is priced just about 600K.

One of the things going on with that house is it was listed as Friends of Bellone, a place where you could contribute money for Bellone. Bellone was then a Town of Babylon legislator, presumably with ambitions to go further.

Stricoff is supposed to be a guy that knows about money as he was the IDA Chairma for The Town of Babylonn. I am still trying to figure out why such a smart guy would buy a house for double than it was worth.

Bellone moves on to be County Exec. Stricoff remains in his post in Bablylon. Stricoff and Bellone attempt to make a coup on the Suffolk County Democratic Leader Richie Schaffer. Schaffer asks Stricoff to leave. Stricoff is offered a position as the IDA Chairman for the entire county. Schaffer tells Spota this guy stole $125,000.00 from the Democratic Committee. Stricoff never gets the job. He moves to another politically connected company in Syosset, NY. It is at 6901 Jericho Turnpike. It is the same location that Dean Skelos son Adam found a 'no show' job with another politically connected company. Dean and Adam have since been convicted of corruption.

New information may be more compelling. Leanne said she was at the Feingold house, 2011. Feingold sold the house in 2004. He died in January, 2011. She may have been confused as to where the party took place. The other place is very, very, nearby, and if it is true then it is a bigger blockbuster than the Feingold House.

Harry's brother Mark is connected to Brewer etc etc etc.

58 Savannah Walk was sold in May of 2004 to S. I could not verify HBF's death in the SS DMF, so I cannot confirm the DOD being January 7, 2011. I went by the SS# of (last 4) ..-0380

January 18,2011 - date given on lawsuit related to him

I believe the date discrepancy is not uncommon - usually between actual DOD and obituary date or possibly memorial/funeral service date.
