Another question to ponder... I know LE has said Asa was out of town during the murders, are we to read this statement as being ONLY the 3 Rex has thus far been charged with?

That's how I read it. In fact if she was out of town when MBB went missing he might have already been indicted for her death.

That's a high amount for AE. Her son should qualify for Medicaid. Due to her age, the daughter would need to obtain coverage via the marketplace.

The amount that Bob Macedonia quoted for COBRA is actually exactly what one of my relatives paid for COBRA for a year when he was laid off work in 2009 during the recession at that time. About $1,000 a month for he and his wife. I think it was a little over $1,000 a month.

@ Ruminations Hello - maybe listen to the tapes from this morning interviews - you will hear that the lawyer for Rex’s estranged wife is very much refuting what JR said. I think you will also hear John Ray soften his tone and also indicate that the police do not have info from his witness - (I believe it was represented here that the police were in possession of info from this witness ). There is no more mention of “complicit”. So he has taken it down a notch imo. Now just indicates that she should be a suspect. He does call the family all sociopaths though which was new to me and still maintains they all knew about the SW ‘s and Rex in the house. Good news regarding Shannan it seems he has evidence to present to Ray T and the task force.
There are Lots of little nuggets through out the interviews but in the big picture IMO all is pretty much the same as it was before JR stirred things up after the morning presser was held. Back to status quo. JMO.

The daughter needs to get a new job and walk away from her father’s company- IMO. Depending on her title and responsibilities, at RH’s company, and anything her father may have set up to make her financially responsible for the business- she may or may not be able to walk away, freely. If she has no legal executive or financial responsibility for his company, she’d be smart to just start over somewhere new.

- 8 November 2022: The burner cellphone 347-304-2671 is used to access the "Springfieldman9" account (pg. 17 of the bail application)



- 11 December 2022: RH's cellphone is used to access the fictitious "Springfieldman9" email account for over 3 hours (pg. 17 of the bail application)



- 26 January 2023: RH is observed throwing a pizza box in a trash can outside 385 5th Avenue in Manhattan. The box is recovered by a surveillance team (pg. 29 of the bail application)



- 19 May 2023: RH is observed by law enforcement via video and field surveillance at a phone store in Manhattan purchasing additional minutes for the burner phone 347-304-2671 (pg. 22 of the bail application)

what "the attorney's" aparently say is relevant to the discussion. It seems to matter, be relevant, when it's JR claiming "AE is complicit in the crimes and should be investigated" (and he should be trusted because of his past work on this case) so it is just as relevant when AE's attorney issues a complete denial stating "AE did not take part in these crimes" (as also stated by LE).

If one wants to discuss only what one attorney states and deem only that attorney's info as "relevant", they should not be surprised when someone else points out that LE has NOT named AE a POI (exactly the opposite thus far). That's what discussions are about. The attorneys have made themselves relevant to the discussions here with their counter-commentary --- so both sides have have points to make and both sides are still deemed victims at this IAW site policy and LEs statement of non-involvement. Do I think they are "equal" victims - "no", but they are still victims none-the-less.

If both the attorney's ceased their showmanship --- their respective commentaries would not be being discussed on here. As I stated from the get-go: they both need to crawl back under their rocks.

I believe that each US State has it's own laws governing divorce and assets/entitlements.

In Europe and Canada your points would be relevant considerations for the court for the spouse/common-law spouse (so would the disabled adult child) in rendering the divorce decree and asset split, but I don't know how NY State operates.

See, that’s what I’m thiiiiinking their jail discussions might be about, could be wrong...financial stuff. Iirc the last PC with attorney Bob said they’re not discussing the case per attorney advice.

With respect, am positive they do know this. Precise day Maureen went missing is known. LE will have collected all info as to whether family were in or out of town at that time. LE know...they just haven't released details and they don't need to, so probably won't

It seems plausible to me that they hadn't known. And that they know now.

For example, if paper about her financial transactions were seized.

I think her phone was in Rex's name (?) IIRC, but it was long ago and a warrant wouldn't help.

If she had a financial instrument in her name only or something they couldn't get a warrant for, they could have learned about travel or ruled it out now.
