Ok you said that DD came over the day HD disappeared and was sharply corrected by BD the problem with this is its apparent to some that Billie wants to control what is and what isnt said. Her behaviour with Shawn shows this. The few times that Shawn has dared to comment about anything then Billie has thrown anything she could at him to stop him from talking. My personal opinion from everything that is known that Billie has been in charge since Hailey " went missing" and will only let things get out that wont implicate her. The only problem is she generally screws up and implicates herself anyway.

Also you say that I assume that Naomi is telling the truth. What you forget is that i have talked to Billie personally and know things arent as clear cut as has been in the media.

The correction BD made was when CD started to say that DD came looking for HD on the same day she disappeared, not the next day.

Do you have a reasonable explanation for why LE was not informed about the earrings then? Why did have to wait until DD found one before an account was given?

The obvious immediate explanation to an outside observer is that the GF herself did not know they were there, and that they had to come up with an explanation once they were found.

I don't think that LE lied about the child *advertiser censored*. I think it was found on the family computer at mom's or grandmas. And if so, it would be impossible to make an arrest because so many different people had access to it.

Reports attributed to the Sheriff specifically claimed the CP was found at BD's house as well. Either the reporters got it wrong, or the Sheriff lied about it. The fact that LE were subsequently only pursuing SA for CP even though the grounds were dubious at best suggest the latter.

I don't see how any professional LE would have pursued SA on the basis of the evidence they had. That decision could only have been made by a politician following popular opinion IMO, and there is only one politician involved in the investigation.

Days seem to get intermingled when you don't work and the kids are home from school,, and let's not forget,, the marijuana,, so when you are high all day, not working and the kids out of school,, how are you going to remember the days? BJD: umm.. I did see some of the images because I asked to. umm.. The computer wasn't mine, wasn't in my house but I was still allowed to see some of it. There was *advertiser censored* on there - adult, and there was sickening stuff on there. There was bestiality on there.* umm.. and again, that was not my computer. I don't have a computer. The thumb drive, when they took that out of the home, that was the first time I had seen that umm.. They told me it was found in Shawn's dresser, so I said okay it must be Shawn's, and then Friday umm.. when I asked them if I could see some stuff, I, I don't know everything that was on that. But I do know myself, and Shawn: and our private lives in the bedroom. We were on there. I do know that. Umm.. And like I said, I don't know of anything else.

Host: Okay And when you say out of the home which are you speaking?

BJD: I'm sorry?

Host: You said taken out of the home.

BJD: Yeah the thumb drive was.

Host: Who's home are you talking of?

BJD: Mine that was at my house. It was in Shawn's dresser.

BJD: No, not on that one. Then, I didn't look at all the images either, but I did not.

BJD: The one that wasn't in my house. I've said it before, but I don't really want to point fingers at her. I don't believe she was looking at it either

It's disgusting. It hurts my feelings for the little kids. It pisses me off that people would do that to children and on the thumb drive were Shawn and I and there were also other women on there.

see,, even I get the days messed up,,, Hailey's dad saw her last on Sunday- this is the day DD went to spend the night with his friend- Monday Shawn quit his job- Tuesday is when Hailey was reported missing. School's out- days run together- Cd in my opinion had nothing to do with Hailey's dissappearance- only billie and Shawn- just my opinion- ya'll can believe whatever you want- but you don't quit your job-just because- without another one lined up-period. And I will say it again, Shawn has to be the unluckiest person in the world if he did not have anything to do with Hailey's dissappearance and to quit his job th esame day- and if this is Hailey's body, that sure does explain the cellphone pinging. It doesn't take a detective to figure this one out- if ya'll can look at the Snyder Daily news for this weekend- you will see we have 4 "active" homicides in Scurry County- one where the coroner has ruled the death as a homocide from 2 years ago- sounds like the DA isn't doing a terrific job in this county.

Personally, I think the earrings have been discussed ad nauseum. Cover your ears and ask the person in the room with you if you are wearing earrings. I doubt they'll know. These gager loops sell for less than $10. I have a little box full of half pairs of earrings ( maybe someday I'll find the mates). Earring are just to easy to lose.

You raise an interesting point. She had supposedly taken them out because they hurt her or something. If she wasnt wearing them on the Christmas day photos the likelihood is she wasnt wearing them over Christmas at all so was she lieing about LE saying about the photo of Hailey on the XBox?

I personally do not take anything Billie has to say as the truth. When the LE comes out and says that they have a picture of Hailey with the earrings on playing the xbox on that date,, then I will believe,, but until then,, billie just pisses me off when I hear her talk.

I know what you mean but look on the positive side every time she talks she contradicts herself. I just wish Shawn would talk more that really sets her off

Hailey stayed the night at Clints house on dec 25th and returned home sunday morning . I was under the impression that weekend is when Hailey had gave the earings to Naomi to put up. I might be mistaken. It might never had been said when that was.

It wasnt me who said that she wasnt wearing them in those photos although saying that looking at those photos I cant see her wearing them in any of them. To me personally the earrings are a moot point and always have been especiallly when Billie cant even give people a straight answer about them.

Billie was the one who said LE told her Hailey has the earrings on Sunday night while playing the xbox. The thing took pictures while she was playing. Pretty sure she said that in the interview with Tricia, right here at WS.

I did end up listening, Tricia's post was convincing.
One of the new things I got out of the interview ... The video game Hailey was playing that night takes pictures of you while you are playing. Billie says someone in LE told her Hailey was wearing those red earrings in those photo's. The same earring that was found at Clint's house (I believe only one was found, the mate was missing).

Did we know this previously? Maybe I missed that part?

Your experience or the experience of your daughter (if you have one) is irrelevant. It only matters what HD would have or did do, and we don't know that.

Mine, yours, LE's experience is very relevant when attempting to theorize what happened to Hailey or any other crime for that matter. Human nature is somewhat easy to predict. That is why the FBI can produce profiles, because in their experience they can base certain assumptions to some situations. Corporations use their experience with past products to market current products. The fashion industry utilizes the experience of veteran designers to base their seasonal designs on. Teachers use their past experience in the classroom to prepare for the new set of students in the fall. I theorize SA used the phone to text MB to make it appear that Hailey was going to MB's. Simple as that. JMO.

I think MB was used because it's a name SA had heard before and he saw her name and number in Billie's cell phone. JMO
