In his Wear interview when asked about connections between Sanchez and the Mexican Mafia Tice clearly states: "I have no proof he has connections with the Mexican Mafia"

So, Tice told one thing to the Police and some days later (8/17/09) he told exactly the opposite to a journalist. What does this tell us?

Either he's a liar, or he realized he better start being careful with the way he words things.

Look at Page 23 of that Transcript:

Line 11: Are you familiar with the name Jose Sanchez?

Line 17: What do you know about him?

Line 18: I think he is a money launderer for the Mexican Mafia.

Now I wonder if Wear TV had this transcript at the time of their interview with Tice when he said "I have no proof he has connections with the Mexican Mafia"

When Tice’s car business closed, Salvano “began to panic and told me that, he had previously told me he had cousins in Atlanta, but he inferred that they were in Mexican Restaurant business…well, then he tells, me ‘they’re members of the Mexican mafia.’”

Salvano tells Tice that he used to work for them, these people don’t play, they were gonna kill. They won’t kill you, they kill your family and we got to get them this money.”

Salvano told both Billings and Tice’s ex-wife about Cab owing the Mexican mafia. Both Bud Billings and Deborah Tice couldn’t believe Tice borrowed money from the mafia. Tice told the investigators that he had a payment plan, but still owed the mafia $1500 – which is contrary to what Tice has told the media.

Tice told investigators that he thought Salvano was laundering money. He says that had been interviewed by Homeland Security also.

Tice also identified Jose Sanchez as used car dealer that launders money for the Mexican mafia and another man that the investigators only identify as Jorge.



This is really good. They're worried the Mexican Mafia will kill their families over $1500.00 Wonder how impressed the Mexican Mafia will be about Tice talking to Homeland Security about their money laundering practices?

He mentions that Tim used to own Purshu. But now he and Bud are enemies, but Tim and Blue are best friends. The investigator tells Tice he finds that odd and asks Tice about him.

I have not seen an interview with Mr Higley. Do we know anything about him other than what we hear from Tice?

In his first two interviews with the Police on 9 and 11 July, Gonzalez is discussed. But NOWHERE does Tice mention that he has recently spoken to Gonzalez.

In both of his WEAR TV interviews, Tice strongly mentions that he told the Police about the Thursday evening 7:15 call to Gonzalez. But although the Police have brought him up twice, I see no mention of the phone call Tice made to Patrick. In his WEAR interview, he said he called Police to tell them this. But I wonder why he did not mention it during the interview.

I find it disappointing that although the Police seem to be interested in Patrick Gonzalez, in neither interview did they ask Tice the obvious question "When was the last time you spoke to him"?

When the Santa Rosa SO drove by to check for the suspect cars at Tice's place, they find a red (what's with the red with these guys?) car with the doors open, dome light on, nobody in sight. They call in reinforcements and eventually find Tice on the edge of the property by the woods. He said he was disposing of trash. ???
He is dumping trash at 10 pm? In the woods? Did LE check the woods to see if it was indeed trash?

Maybe nothing but sounds strange ... (I live adjacent to woods but I don't dump trash into it. Grass clippings and sticks, I could maybe see, but not at 10 pm.)

Tice stated in his Wear TV interview that he does not know a Jerry Wood in the auto industry. He said he did know a Jerry Wood that set up some self defence classes for LPGs Karate business, and that he met him twice for five minutes, but that Jerry Wood was not in the auto business.

On Page 34 Wood is asked
Q "You have some previous employment in the car business"
A "All my life"

But Wood says he has never met or had any dealings with Byrd Billings.

Pity that they do not ask Wood if he knows Cab Tice. But Cab says he met him twice. Is it possible that Cab simply does not know that Wood has worked in the car business? Is anyone else bothered by this?

Lisa Higley has never been a Billings. If you saw that on Cab Tices interview,it was a mistake. Tim Higley is not Buds son-in-law.
