Papailoa Beach (Police Beach) is located on the North Shore of Oahu, in/around Haliewa. General poking around on the internet indicates it is somewhat difficult to get to (unless you know) and properties butting the beach are walled. It is a surf spot (and other activities) and is where some of the episodes of the TV show "Lost" were filmed.
