Actually if you look up the legal definitions of the charges and how they relate to the case, that's not at all what they were saying. The kidnapping didn't end until she was dead. "During the perpetration of the kidnapping" could mean 3 or more days since she was initially abducted. You need to research the legal definitions of the charges and understand what they actually mean because you have misunderstood them.

We'll see.

I think that Facebook post was in a PAST tense. She was probably lying right there next to him when he sent it out. This would be an attempt at an alibi by a meth addict that had been up all night long stalking and waiting and watching for the right moment. However, when the right moment came, he screwed it all up because he underestimated her resistance level.

Only a drug-fueled mind, and someone who had been sipping beer all night long while waiting for his victim. could possibly see that Facebook post as a legitimate alibi. Anybody that has ever done meth knows that one of the side effects is the ability to stay awake for 24-48 hours without getting sleepy, and to drink larger quantities of alcohol without getting drunk. Both of those factors however have a huge impact on the brain and it's perception of reality. His facebook post that morning from a cellphone would fortify just how irrational he was becoming.

So where is Holly?? Well, after posting his weird alibi, he slung her over his shoulder, dragged her (who knows) to a waiting vehicle and made his escape. Somewhere along the way her lunch box got dropped and forgotten. It could have even been left right there where he made the Facebook post. Once out of the immediate search area. he had plenty of time to dispose of her. Tennessee has a lot of heavily forested area and very soft soil. She could be almost anywhere.

I think his Facebook post fits right into the timeline. Between 7:30 - 7:35 we know Holly was on the phone with her mom. There is a lull between 7:35 and 7:40 when the scream was heard by the neighbour. He may have made the post at 7:39 right before grabbing Holly. Sort of a "this is it" moment. Holly startled by the perp who perhaps had a weapon, screamed.

Someone who was jacked up on drugs and alcohol from an all night stalking vigil may have thought that posting that comments minutes before the abduction would give him an alibi. It may have never crossed that pea brain of his that the cops would be able to figure out if it was typed from a computer or from a cell phone. You would think that he could have come up with a much gentler, friendlier post than that though in order to avoid suspicion. But, that's what drugs will do to you.

I wish they would release the 911 call that morning and the EXACT time it was received. Everything I have seen appears to be approximate times. The news report I watched on Channel 5 the other night said she was abducted at 7:30 AM.

The request needs the name(s) of the LE agencies, and beginning times and date.

She was on the phone with her mom at 7:30 so channel 5 is inaccurate with their story IMO. The neighbour heard the scream coming from the Bobo house at 7:40. He specifically stated from the house which resulted in his mom to go over to the house to check. I believe she called Karen at the school before she went to the house.

I live 30-45 minutes from Parsons in another rural area.
Due to the limited choice we have for Internet providers service is poor at best. I have posted things to Facebook and not have them show up until the next day. The same thing goes for texting, email, and Facebook posting by cell phone. I'm sure LE will have the timline drilled down.

I'll tell you who we need is Peachy. She does timelines like you wouldn't believe. Somebody could smack a fly on a wall and she could tell you what time if it was possible. She's good. Not that there aren't others that I'm not familiar with yet.
