How much does Jeremy know?

I think it was referring to redheadedgal's post which said
I know of several cases where a sis sentence was completed with no other incidents and they still show on casenet. they show as sentence completed and discharged from probation. From what I have been told they need to go to court to get cases expunged from the record and there, in turn, is a case listed for the expungement. He has no such cases listed. I could give examples, but those cases have nothing to do with this case.

A SES will remain on record for up to 10 years. A SIS should be removed. There are even instructions from the MO Courts on how to edit the case to remove a SIS entry.

http://www.courts.mo.gov/hosted/jud...iminal_Case_Processing_and_Security_Level.htm

After the successful completion of an SIS (suspended imposition of sentence) probationary period, enter the appropriate docket code on the Docket Entry (CDADOCT) form. The security level on the case automatically updates and the case is removed from Case.net. Please refer to Disposition Codes for further information.

I struggle with the bolded part. I think it would be normal behavior to be very upset, angry, even resentful towards DB in this situation. Sometimes I think part of his odd behavior is him just keeping such a tight grip on everything to keep it from spilling out. If he is bottling up negative emotions, sooner or later they will surface. My gut says he doesn't know anything. Since I don't know him from a hole in the ground, my gut may need to go fly a kite.

All we have seen of Jeremy is what is shown when he is interviewed. No one knows with a certainty how a person acts when they are in the privacy of their own home. Just because he is not sitting there glaring at DB and giving her the evil eye does not mean he is not angry, or possibly resentful. Who knows? Or maybe he isn't. Like I said, the little bits the public sees on tv really can't be used to get a full picture of what someone is truly like. If someone says they can tell everything about someone and their personality from media interviews, that is hogwash. JMO

SOMEHOW, an accident happened with this little child. Now, and then, all the cover-up. Why do we have to argue? Can we possibly get real on this?

I'm not sure that there was an accident. What was covered up? Are you saying that Jeremy covered up an accident involving Lisa? I haven't seen anything to make me think that Jeremy is covering up any kind of accident. JMO.

Well then, would you perhaps help me out as to what did happen to this child? I'm not being "snarky", I just don't understand what happened and why.

DB might have drunkenly picked up the crying baby and brought her into her room for the night, and then rolled over on her. Or maybe she outright killed her by shaking her in a drunken rage for crying too loud. ???

What do you mean by "the fate of the 2 boys"? Like some kind of threat of harm to them?

I meant that if the parents went to jail, the kids may go back to their other biological parents, preventing contact w/ them for the grandparents & other family.

If you don't know what happened and why, then you are in the same situation as those who seek the truth. Hopefully it will be known but it will never be found by assigning blame without proof. Lisa is done a great disservice by those willing to jump to conclusions. Doesn't this child deserve the truth?

Sorry, katydid, I can't buy that. I believe DB was a loving and caring mother, I don't know what happened or why, but I have to believe she never took/murdered her daughter on purpose.

Whatever happened must have been an accident. It must have been!

I'd like to believe that ,too. However, when you add alcohol & prescription meds that have known negative side affects...who knows? I'm sure all of us here either have done or know people that have done things while drunk that was WAY out of character for them...and who knows about the "anxiety medication"....

I suspect that you could get many different answers to your question.
I think we'd all love to know for sure.
I believe that she was abducted.

But that is just too much of a contradiction (to me anyways) A loving, caring mother does not hide the body of her dead child and then try to cover it up (in the case of an accident). I just don't see that. If you found your child not breathing, suffering an injury, what have you, the first thing you are going to do is get that child some help-call 911, run out into the street screaming for someone, SOMETHING. I don't care if the child is obviously dead, you do anything in your power to help them. It is just the instinct of a loving parent. You want to save your child.

People can say "Oh, well maybe she thought that her son would be taken away, or Jeremy would get in trouble" or whatever. Nope, I don't buy that either. You are NOT thinking about that when your child is in crisis-you are thinking about saving them.

That is why I just don't feel right about the "accident' theory. Loving parents don't try to cover up an accident. So if something was covered up, I don't see how it could have been an accident.

Sorry, but I don't have an answer for your question. That's why I'm on the fence. I haven't seen enough evidence to show me who is responsible for Lisa being missing or why.

Well, very unfortunately, is seems extremely obvious to me. I'm not liking what I am thinking, but I don't see another person that could have done this. (And you don't even know how sincerely I want to be wrong!)

But he did glare at her and give her the evil eye when he said, "Somebody that would cheat on their husb. . "

What does Jeremy know? He knows DB got a DUI. He knows she violated the terms of her probation. He knows that she was arrested on a warrant issued based on that violation. He may have possibly posted her bond.

Yes she does. It's a HUGE travesty that her own parents won't sit down with LE and answer their questions that LE says can only by answered by them. What kind of parent puts their own self interest about that of their missing baby?

BBM Where does this come from? There is no proof anywhere that she ever got a dui or dwi. Midwest ADP provides probation services for other things besides just dui. Her probation could have been having to show up and provide proof of insurance being paid each month. What ever her probation violation was, it was minor enough to not be sentenced to her suspended sentence and her probation was lifted as scheduled.

BBM Where does this come from? There is no proof anywhere that she ever got a dui or dwi. Please link if there is. The other Db is the one who had probation and violations with it. Not this one.

I looked at Casenet again and couldn't find a DWI/DUI for DB. Only some registration/insurance problems.

Sorry, but I believe you have the wrong DB with a DUI. Please recheck and provide proof.

I see a failure to register motor vehicle case in Jackson County. Highway Patrol case. I see no insurance misdemeanor also Highway Patrol issued on same date. Looks like she got stopped by Highway Patrol in eastern Jackson County cause case was handled in Independence, not Kansas City.

Far cry from a DUI or DWI.
