How much time will Ron get?

Actually, compared to Hopes charges, if Ron got the same as her, it would not be appropriate. And I forgot about the gun issue, he wont ever be able to carry one, but like thats going to stop him, the law abiding citizen he is!

Nope, re-read my post. I said more than 15 years would be more appropriate considering Hope's sentence. So we are agreeing. And no, I doubt being a felon will stop RC from carrying a gun, but if he's caught with one, maybe, just maybe he'd be in trouble. Who knows at this rate.

The only way a plea deal can be appealed, is if Ron did not understand the deal, and thats pretty hard for his lawyer to prove, since we have Ron in court saying he understands the terms.

I am thinking the most Ronald will be sentenced to is 18 years, and minimum of 15 years. Most likely 15, tho. Would love to see a 25 to 30 year sentence!

Well? Where is the arrest? I just want to know what warranted two big ol' drug charges carrying mandatory minimums of 25 years each being dropped. What was worth that much to the State's Attorney? If Ronald is handed 15 years or less, I want to know just WTH he had to offer!

& you could be right. I guess it depends on how much information Ron is giving, & if Misty has anything to add. I sure would like to know what's going on with her. The last I heard, she was back on the Joe story, so LE may have finally given up on her. If she's the 'key', then this case may never be solved. I've always thought LE should've gone after Ronald, like they did Misty...a relentless hounding. & he couldn't have very well used the grieving father card, because of the lifestyle he was living. a whole lot of everything except for getting a job.

I will not be getting up to watch tommorrow, since I think this will again be continued until after MC is sentenced....And if that is not the case, then I think that RC may very well get a 15-25 year sentence to once again send a message to MC.

Really though, what needs to be continued? The only way this is getting continued is if something happens to the Judge. The deal is sealed, its done, its time for the sentence.

Is this Ron's sister? If so, it sounds as if TN will have both of her children's jail issues to deal with between now and tomorrow morning. I did not know where to post this information or how to confirm the date of birth for Ron's sister.

Back to the sentencing this Friday.

Since I live in Mountain Time, Ron's 9 a.m. scheduled sentencing in Florida will mean I'm up before 6 to learn the outcome. Since I stay up so late at night, 6a.m. is not a time I like to be awake. However it will be worth it.

My plan is to be at the computer, signed on to WS, have the television tuned to HLN with the back button set to True TV. An Irish Coffee and a can of Mocha Rock Star will be on my desk, with a few cigarettes (they are limited per day) and the phone at the ready since I know my sister will call to discuss what we see and hear. Along with a couple of other friends who follow this case will be calling.
What's everyone else's plans for Friday's sentencing?

Sounds like a plan AZ!! I'll porbably be doing the same. I'm in Ga. so that won't be so hard on me. Just have to take my 2 dogs out and feed them before, so they won't be bothering me. Looks like we're all in this together:dance:

Just like you, I wanted to contribute any news on the cases I was following here at WS when starting out. Thank goodness for some fellow members who taught me how to copy and paste, and so much more. They are still my buddies to this day!
