I don't remember anyone saying that she fired them because of wanting to see them. Maybe they were just doing a "maybe she because" sort of thing. And the DA's office has stated she doesn't want to talk to them.

Anyway, I think the dates of birth have to do with severity only. It is obvious she was kidnapped and raped. The G's even admitted to it. So I guess they are trying for the difference between life with no chance of parole, life with chance of parole in x number of years, or x number of years with chance of parole after x number of years.

I vote for first option.

Besides Nancy and Phil admitting they kidnapped Jaycee, let's not forget we will have the eyewitness direct testimony of Jaycee and Carl who were there to prove it was them!!! They are goners on the kidnap charge- slam dunk!!! Bye- bye!

Don't worry, this case is a slam dunk. Especially because the victim is alive and willing to testify against them! I don't envy the defense lawyers in this case, they have a very uphill battle against them, they know their clients are guilty- Nancy & Phil have admitted to kidnap and rape, it's not like they can pretend their client is innocent like OJ's & Michael Jackson's lawyers both did!

her lawyers are still finding ways to be as annoying as oj's lawyers though. these are some of the most absurd defense motions i've ever seen (and i actually worked freelance for the defense on a murder case once) its clear garrido wants jaycee to play his game, and he will use his lawyers to try to achieve it, since his letters to jaycee (and yes, one actually got thru last month) have failed, now he will try to use the courts to force her to dance to his tune. none of these motions have merit, and some of them, if granted, might actually put jaycee and her family in harms way........

here's hoping the judge sees thru this nonsense.

JC is a good girl as Carl said. JC is elated to finally be free and do what she wants
with her life as she has always wanted. (per her journal)
She has a strong Mom and team to guide her. I am sure it can all be overwhelming
and she could get intimidated if she did not have the support.

i dont expect anything from the garridos, and i expect little from theyre lawyers. im just not sure why they want to be a party to intimidation/harrasment or worse. cause that's what theyre motions with regards to the family's whereabouts are gonna cause

in the case i worked the defense always had a rebuttal to the prosecution response.
