locations, on how long the bodies have been there .. pathology/autopsy

We can only hope. Just considering the possibilities is a frustrating reminder of the Caylee Anthony case. Sickens me. Let's pray LE has more to work with in this case.

I think the motive is fairly clear: sexual assault. They may have been dead by 3:58 in the afternoon. They were abducted at about 12:30-1:00. It's a 45 minute drive to the 7 Bridges Park. That's 1:45. Then, they had to park in a secluded spot and walk the 400 feet to where they were found. Maybe they were only alive for two hours after that, maybe a bit longer ... whatever time the perp could spare/disappear unnoticed.

Prayers for Lyric and all her family today. Such a hard day for all. Fly high Lyric! Prayers for the family & friends. So tragic to lose two children in one family. May they all mend their ways & friendships soon. There's justice to be served for both Elizabeth & Lyric but today is Lyric's day. imo

in its preservation.

Im wondering if part of the delay is the FBI waiting on test results - that

Did I read earlier in the threads that you have some background as a physicist and in anthropology?

They were abducted at noon, so daylight isn't a risk factor with this guy. He addresses risk factors ... daylight is managed with secluded locations for abduction and murder. I think that this is a random stranger abduction.

I just don't want it to be different times so one didn't have to suffer longer. kwim? Lyric & Elizabeth were just two little girls who truely didn't deserve their deaths at such a young age. No children do, especially Elizabeth & Lyric. No reason will explain it to me but will give me why it happens but insight to help stop this **** one day soon for someone just might? I've decided to start closer to home on any cases in my state first but I can't help but feel for so many other states that I know personally through travels or friends. jmo

You're the second person to mention the position of the bodies in relation to each other. I'm wondering how that is significat? It must be significant ... it tells some sort of story. The girls were 4'1" and 4'11" ... 20-50 feet apart was mentioned earlier. I recall reading that they were 50 feet apart. Was it 50'?

I've read many different guesses via MSM. I'd say from the center they were at the most 20' from the center at most, so 30 to 40' apart. jmo

There was pictures or videos of the LE standing in the middle of this area. Might have been live?

It appeared they layed heads apart or both were headed in opposite directions, if it's a fact that was their bodies laying there. That's why I think a gun or a coordinated effort on two. I think it's most likely one perp though.

I said it when I first saw the white sheets over presumedly their bodies & of the area. The shape of the sheets over the bodies indicated to me that their heads of their bodies were facing different directions but left it open to interpretation. Plus that distance factor as it's been stated so different in the media. 20 to 50' I guess. 50' being the middle where I picture a perp shooting them left and right. ah gah. I hope they clear up their cod soon. blah..

I tried to figure out distances earlier. Maybe 40' apart? Distances and lengths are estimated using the height of the officers as 6'.

I would estimate about 37' and that their heads are towards each other.

Because the white coverings seem narrower at one end, I'm assuming that is the area of the skull. The two coverings appear to have the narrower end towards each other. I think this could be one perp that abducted two children and threatened the life of the other to control the one he was attacking. They are within sight and hearing distance of each other ... he most likely had total control of the two children. I thnk that it was probably all over fairly quickly, maybe even before police discovered the bikes, as was suggested upthread.

I don't think that they were shot.
