Hopefully it sticks on the date of July 19th.
Up until 9:00 a.m., it looks like it was at least raining lightly with the heaviest rain falling during the 4:00 a.m. hour.
July 18th doesn't show any precipitation.
Even if this post is a repeat, it gave me something useful to contribute.
