Tonight I was reading some SM posts about this trial. Amazed how many people believe the Ninja story. Really????
This doesn't surprise me at all.

Watching how they worked in the trial, it wouldn’t surprise me if they just presented CBR with this affidavit about not understanding his Miranda rights and he signed it pretty much clueless as to what it was. They were taking a chance and hoping the judge would accept no questions asked. When the judge required cross-examination by the prosecution, they had to pull it because CBR was clueless about it. They pulled this all through the trial. Mentioning phone records implying big info, mentioning reported statements pointing to lies etc. But they never produced anything to back any of it up. Despicable. It’s not “what can I do for my client” it’s “what can I get away with”. Despicable.
Not me. Its a joke.Tonight I was reading some SM posts about this trial. Amazed how many people believe the Ninja story. Really????
Wow, This makes me sad that people can be swayed by anything they hear, without ever thinking if it's even logical. I don't know what will happen to a trial by your peers if people stop listening and reasoning.Tonight I was reading some SM posts about this trial. Amazed how many people believe the Ninja story. I had to stop reading SM comments about it. It was making me so angry to think some people actually believe this.Tonight I was reading some SM posts about this trial. Amazed how many people believe the Ninja story. Really????
I agree. I just could not believe they could actually fall for this line of BS.I had to stop reading SM comments about it. It was making me so angry to think some people actually believe this.
Eeek - not such a great idea to use EU voice text! And for all the huffing and puffing by the defense that the State did not have DJ's phone records, it seems to me that the defense obtained DJ's phone records and could therefore answer their own question of where the evidence was that corroborated DJ was inDubuquokeDubuque - near the bridge job. I think they just wanted to emphasize that DJ was not investigated as thoroughly as they believed was required.
I'm surprised as heck! This doesn't surprise me at all.
Yeah I made the mistake of reading some of those posts. Scary! I had to sit on my hands.Tonight I was reading some SM posts about this trial. Amazed how many people believe the Ninja story. Really????

You don't want to rush them , They are doing there job, If I was a juror I want to make sure, This mans life is in my hands
I'm surprised as heck!
Real life has been crazy lately, but i
I have listened in bits and pieces. When I heard him testiying, I was like wait what?! Two guys killed Mollie? What a ludicrous, obvious, attempt to throw spaghetti at the wall to see it might stick
That female defense attorney was so irritating, she slaughtered every Spanish word that came out if her mouth.
My thoughts are with Mollie's family and friends as they wait for the verdict.
Well, they certainly didn't plant any seeds of doubt in anyone here. I think the immediate reaction for most people was total consternation when CBR began his testimony. The next reaction was disbelief and maybe even disdain for both the defense and their client. All they need to do is plant the seed of doubt in one juror. One that will hold firm. Logic, and critical thinking skills are missing in many juries.
it scares meTonight I was reading some SM posts about this trial. Amazed how many people believe the Ninja story. Really????
