What on earth about her VSCO page gives you that feeling? She shares 3 or 4 posts that discuss mental health. She could be an advocate of mental health, or could have gone through her own mental health struggles so she feels strongly about it. I see a lot of posts about the love she receives from her friends and her boyfriend, as well as plenty of posts that show her confidence in herself. I see no posts that express suicidal ideations.

I find most of the recent pictures on there concerning. The weird underwear selfies, the close-up selfies where she isn't smiling, the screenshot of a song called "Save Myself", the quote about losing romantic feelings next to a ring picture. Hope I'm wrong, but I would be checking nearby bodies of water closely.

Have we heard if there is a stepdad or does Mom have a boyfriend? Curious to what her relationship is with her mother? She lives very close but yet Mollie lives with the boyfriend when she’s home (of course that could be due to a number of reasons). I also notice on her Instagram there are several posts with Mollie and her dad and several times he’s referred to as “her favorite person”, but never an image or mention of her mom. Her father lives in California.

Nobody, except a few people on Websleuths, have suggested Mollie was suicidal. Her cousin, her best friend, and a co-worker have all commented that Mollie was doing fine and looking forward to going to an exotic beach vacation next week. She was also making efforts to find new furniture for her college apartment for the fall semester. She was outside the evening she vanished running for exercise in the heat and humidity. This is NOT the behavior of a suicidal person.

Just jumping off your post. Many people across our country were having conversations regarding suicide since the death of Kate Spade and Anthony Bourdain. Telling people, "Don't be afraid to ask for help, get help, seek a professional if you are experiencing depression and anxiety." It was a topic discussed for weeks. I believe Molly was enforcing the same thoughts about mental health.

Not 100% sure but 2017 Christmas card on mom's FB only has her and 3 kids.

She is a psych major and her future sister-in-law recently graduated with her psychology degree. It is normal for people with psych occupations to advocate for mental health awareness issues. It doesn't mean they are suicidal.
She was advocating for people with mental health needs on her social media.
Yes - this is what I was trying to imply. She seemed to be an advocate, not someone who was raising concern as suicidal. Usually police and family would say if that was the case.

While I don't feel Mollie harmed herself, the truth of the matter is many times there are NO signs that someone is planning on committing suicide.

I agree 100%. There have been many times I've followed cases on here that ended in suicide where the person didn't indicate in any way and close family members were surprised. They also did normal day to day things just before killing themselves. Including eating, buying snacks, etc.

Imo, I don't get that "feeling" from Mollie. Unfortunately, I think someone took advantage of her being alone and possibly vulnerable (wearing earbuds while jogging, being home alone- which boils my blood!!! we shouldn't feel vulnerable in our homes and "safe" spaces or going out for a jog)

This has nothing to do with Mollie, but here is what just happened to a mother in MN by a sex offender.

Abducted Fergus Falls, MN, woman found safe; man in custody

From above article:
Simonson’s mother, Brenda Peasley, said the intruder got into the house through an unlocked basement door, walked past two children and asked where their mom was. Simonson was in another room with her other two children. He was wearing a facemask.""

HOLY sheeeeet! That is SO SO scary!!! He has done this before and this is brazen- he walked past her kids in their house to kidnap her (their mom). He never should have been released in the first place, imo. I'm so freaking over this!!!!!!!!

He should be locked up and they should throw away the key. He has been assaulting women for over 14 years (documented). Who knows how many prior to that and in between these abductions.

Just what is a VSCO? Why do young people have so many venues for selfies or a way to communicate?

VSCO (formerly known as VSCO Cam[1]) is a photography mobile app for iOS and Androiddevices created by the American company Visual Supply Company.[2][3]
The VSCO app allows users to capture photos in the app and edit them, in part through the use of its filters.[4][5][6] Users can publish their photography through a journal for the public to see.

I agree, seems like a lot of redundancy between platforms, but then I’m old and tired lol

It's too early to point any fingers at suspect, and I am most certainly not trying to lay blame, but I just cannot believe that Mollie told her mother that she'd come over for dinner (correct me if I am wrong, I am catching up) and then she never showed, and the mother didn't become worried. Especially, if the mother knew the boyfriend was gone and Mollie was alone. I'd be so worried if my daughter was expected for dinner and never showed.

I can’t speak for certain, but being from a small town in Iowa we use lunch and dinner interchangeably. It would be wrong in my town to call the evening meal dinner, that is supper. So based on how it’s been used and her not showing up for “dinner” I’m guessing that might be about the Thursday noon meal. (I know it sounds weird, but it’s so extreme in my town when I moved I had to get used to dinner being the evening meal, it sounded wrong when my new friends would call it that).

If her disappearance occurred that morning...
I’m assuming she had to take dogs out in morning. Possibly she saw someone that she was familiar with since she likely has been at the boyfriends many times before. Somehow seeing or knowing she didn’t have her car, this person offered her a ride to work and she accepted. Then things didn’t go as she expected.
IMO-this is very close to what happened. Because she didn't get in contact with her brother about using the car (I have no link ATM), I think she must of made other arrangements with someone to get to work and LE need to find that someone. I remember reading in some MSM article about the brother waiting for her to let him know when she needed the car. Also, I'm sure LE probably already know if she fed/took the dogs out on Thursday morning.

Assuming reports that the BF was out of town are accurate and based on her VSCO, I now think suicide is most likely.
I also think her VSCO is kind of strange. No smiling/blank face staring into the camera with content about suicide prevention. It does not look like a typical social media page by a 2o year old woman - she does not look happy - but that is just my opinion.
