I have to say, the footage the patrol officers obtained was a little disappointing. Obviously the second video is a big improvement over the first, but the officer's arm is positioned directly between his bodycam and BK's hands for the better part of the traffic stop!!
EBM: Nevermind, I found it, but perhaps there is a camera on his watch?

When someone’s brain doesn’t function normally, they often don’t “feel” things the way the average person would. For some murderers, they don’t feel anything about what they’ve done in terms of remorse, etc.
They don’t process the memories the way we would? That makes sense I guess. Because it seems if you did this, you would relive it every second , like watching a horror movie.

US Law Question

IF or when, the Probable Cause Affidavit is released today (US time) ….. when does Law Enforcement have to start handing over their evidence and proof to Anne Taylor, Council appointed, for the defendant ????

Does that start today?? Or later down the track????
Discovery is governed by Idaho Criminal Rule 16 which provides for the evidence and material by the prosecution to be provided to the defense as soon as practicable after the filing of charges against the accused.

For example, in the STATE OF IDAHO, Plaintiff Vs. CHAD GUY DAYBELL and LORI NORENE VALLOW AKA LORI NORENE DAYBELL, the defendants were indicted on May 25, 2021, and the defense filed Request for Discovery on May 27, 2021.

MO
This is what I think.
That’s why the ISP denied the stop. They didn’t do it.
ISP would have been better at knowing what the camera was picking up.
I seem to remember from reading :
Didn’t BK state in the second stop, that the first stop , 11 minutes before, was made by a black SUV?
And the responding “ officer”, not having a good explanation, said something like, “it may have been county.”
Anyone else remember this?

Edit to add. Who drives Black SUV’s. FBI.
BBM. My city police department.

So do Hwy Patrol...at least in Texas, but either way Im sure the officers uniform would have been obvious
Here in Indiana, LE have marked and unmarked vehicles and often use
dark SUVs for traffic stops. I see them sitting off road on the interstates every day. They do use their lights of course. And yes, they wear uniforms. I’m guessing BK has been stopped by troopers in many States for various reasons and only given a warning.

Yes, WSU in Pullman, Washington (10 miles or about 20 minutes from Moscow). But classes started August 22. BK was also pulled over in Moscow on Aug 21.
Highly unlikely, but - could be that he had some sort of contact with one of the girls before he moved for WSU and going there was actually connected to his target being there.
Well, more likely he just went shopping there as he settled in. Do we know the actual date of his move?

Maybe wants to appear confident that he is not guilty. Could also be anxiety. I think if I were in this situation I would probably be looking in a million directions. Plus, it's probably hard NOT too look
These reports specifically choose a frame shot from a video or take 100 pics and hand pic the most guilty looking one. I think that BCK just just what you wrote that he wants to give the appearance of confidence and non guilt. He definitely has on his "game face" when the cameras are on him...
"Cop who helped bring in Idaho murder suspect attracts huge following".
:)
I noticed him too:D
LOL, the other officer looks like Curly Howard to me...

I would suggest we don’t know why he killed the students or what images he is reliving but I would suggest that might be better answered by someone more qualified.

According to the ticket, Kohberger was pulled over on Sunday, August 21 at 11:40 p.m. at the intersection of Farm Rd & W Pullman Rd in Moscow, Idaho near the University of Idaho campus.

Interesting.

If you look at Farm rd on maps take Perimeter rd/Farm rd south off w pullman rd it wraps around a stadium and turns into Nez Perce dr and not far down there are cars parked all along the road, Sigma Chi social club is on this rd and right behind it is King rd.
