Sorry new to the thread. A little patience please
I'm sorry. This post was not a reply to me, but I answered your question as well, and was not as polite and welcoming, in my answer, as I try to be. This case has just taken a toll on so many of us who have been trying to follow along through all these many threads. Please accept my apology, and do not let my response hinder you from asking any further questions.

My understanding is that it was a ride service provided by the sorority/greek life. It sounded like some sort of complimentary designated driver program offered to sorority/fraternity orgs in order to help reduce the potential for drunk driving. Doesn't seem unusual to me, I've seen private companies in my community sponsor DD taxi/rideshare rides on new years eve as a sort of corp. advertising.

Initially the hybrid DD rideshare service they used was inaccurately referred to as Uber, and then clarified that it was actually an an uber-like greek-life service.
I thought they were no longer in the sorority.

The killer theoretically could (and most likely the odds are that he does) live within the infamous L.O.S., (line of sight). So he could wait in the comfort and warmth of his home until deciding to strike. Just as he is more than likely “watching” the entire investigation unfold.

Remember in the Silence of the Lambs, when the good Doctor reminded Clarice that: “we covet what we SEE everyday.” If I had just a penny for everytime I’ve heard a murderer say, “they walked right in front of me, and I just became fixated on them before kidnapping and murdering them. Predatory behavior, would prove that he was actually “hunting, and stalking his prey” driving his vehicle around in a mall parking lot. Like a shark…looking for any opportunity.

Stay aware. Stay vigilant. Stay alive.
If you look at the food truck video it did not appear to be very cold that night. IMO

They may just be looking for witnesses. If the driver/owner of that car doesn't come forward, then that might just tell us something.
Looking for the cars dash cam footage is also an option, if something was seen on the dashcam from some previous car and they need later/earlier footage.

I’m still curious on the Taylor Ave. / Band Field call officers responded to because of its proximity in time and location to when the coroner spoke to the estimated time of death. I wonder what prompted the caller in essence on a weekend night regarding these specified individuals. Did the caller hear or see something else, officers responded to the general vicinity, and just happened to stumble upon the incident at Band Field? “Alcohol Offense” was the final outcome on the report, I believe. Similar to “Noise Complaint” on others.
I want to change my working theory to “suspicious vehicle.”

I haven’t followed Delphi that close since the arrest, but I suspect this is a reverse-Delphi, where LE dropped the ball. All IMO, of course.

He would have to view them naked to be able to see the extent of the wounds and I don't believe anyone in the medical examiner office or the funeral parlour would allow that to happen.
I don't know if they did or did not in this case, but I can guarantee you the funeral director allowed it in my friends case. I was there and saw it all.

Remember when they were collecting evidence on deep skid marks in front of the house on the road? I couldn’t figure this out at the time, but now it appears to tie in! They will have the tire type, brand and size also!

So now we need to go back and compare - here is the not blurred photo of cars parked in front of 1122 Kings Rd - I can't tell what this white car is, but obviously LE blurred the photo on Googlemaps for a reason although I'm not sure why yet:View attachment 385709
The white car belonged to one of the girls, maybe X. You can see it here:

I thought they were no longer in the sorority.

Some of them weren't paying dues or committing themselves to sorority membership required activities, but they were nonetheless still connected to and involved with the greek like, their sisters/brothers, etc.

It's like a clerical drop out that is paper only...
