Then that puts that theory to rest...It’s not legal in Idaho
This is strange because the press release from Dec 16 says the dog was found at night. See page 4 near the bottom of the page. https://www.ci.moscow.id.us/DocumentCenter/View/24942/12-16-22-Moscow-Homicide-UpdateThe press release on Dec 5 from the above link said:
"There have been numerous requests about the dog found at the residence on the
morning of November 13th. Arriving officers entered the residence and found the
deceased victims. During the search of the home, a dog was found in a room where the
crimes had not been committed. Officers did not find any evidence on the dog and there
was no indication the animal had entered the crime scene. The dog was taken to Animal
Services and released to a responsible person."
It doesn't sound like to me the dog was found later that night. On the other hand, I don't believe LE arrived at the house in the morning-- think it was early afernoon. Still, I'd not think hours would have gone by before the room where he was was searched. What if there had been a living victim or the perp in that room?
The LE blurb does not say the dog was in a bedroom but some outlets have reported that.
For example from:
Moscow murder investigation: police address stalker claims, location of victim's dog at the scene
Moscow Police are sharing some new information in their ongoing investigation into who killed four University of Idaho students in the early morning hours of November 13.www.kivitv.com
"Police say there's no way to know for sure where in the house the dog was during the murders, but the pet was found when officers arrived inside a bedroom where no victims were located. We learned from Goncalvez's family that Kaylee slept in her roommate Madison Mogen's room that night, although police have still not shared the exact locations of each victim."
JMO
Do you think the car was dumped and another taken, or that the driver was picked up, or proceeded on foot?
That’s freaky.can't do polls on this thread but interested to know how many people think this was the killing sequence? We're unlikely to get the answer for a very long time ( Prosecution evidence at trial, if & when case gets to trial)
- M & K killed first, then E & X killed as per the clip? Hit the thumbs up /Like

This is exactly how it works (except by me, it's bicycle or subway). I've personally never done this, but I have friends who used to do this with a substance that's pretty much legal in most places now.I was thinking about it more (because apparently, that long list of stuff I really need to do can wait) and drug deliveries make a lot of sense. IMO, by delivering, you don't have a gazillion people coming to you, many blown away already, getting stopped by LE for DUI and telling where they were going. You make sure your car is in good repair, you don't speed, and you're sure not using or drinking, so little chance of LE stopping you, and if they do, you can carry under the felony limits so smaller trips, and you can have a first car pick up the money, so money and drugs aren't together. JMO but it would make sense.
I don't think they were either, but it's possible they were in areas where drugs were being used. MOO.editing to clarify;
I do NOT think the victims were buying drugs -- omg no -- I was speaking in general. my comments re drugs were general ones based on a dealer having an Elantra that fit the description, not that the dealer was selling drugs to the victims. thank you @Counttrarian for making me aware.
oh my gosh. Another person who believes it’s in the best interest of the case to make tips public.Idaho murders: Full video appearing to show Kaylee Goncalves and Maddie Mogen hours before slayings released | Fox News

New context to “hoodie guy.”
It is. it's just stupid to have too much (I know this from reading case law, not from experience lol), and so I made my drug dealer in this scenario a smart one it's a jmo jmi kinda thing. There's a popular live police show on every weekend, and it's shocking how many people are stopped with massive amounts of weed, baggies, and scales. Therefore, I believe that "dealing" from a automobile is alive and well.
Definition of StalkerSome Thoughts,
One of vitcims was seen on video smoking a vape at the food truck .
I believe shop owner spoke to the victims but I think the seriousness of their conversation is being over stated for clickbait. This is probably were the rumor of the Stalker originally came from.
Vape store owner commented "You all always come in here together lol" not "why do you ...." Girls may have joked about a stalker because they are pretty girls in college who would obviously have guys chasing after them. I have heard several girls mention the word "stalker" about a guy who is interested in them but its not mutual. Do not think any conversation in vape store had to do with anything nefarious but probably inside joke or referring to innocent student with a crush,.Its a Small town not many bars so you are going to run into the same people all the time.
Example: Guy asks pretty girl out..girl says no..girl tells her friends how guy asked her out...friends see guy out the next weekend and say to girl "hey theres your stalker lol"
I do not think the victims were being over protective of one anohter or thought they were in any danger. Food truck video shows 2 girls somewhat intoxicated not showing any sings of fear or thought of being stalked.None of their friends or family have any information of this being an issue. The other supposed girls in store are not coming forward to say there was a stalker just vape guy.
Possible suspect planned on raping one victim in her bedroom knowing she would be out partying that night and coming home intoxicated..but..not realizing her friend(other victim) was "BACK" in town that weekend and would be in the same bedroom that night.
IF A POSSIBLE stalker exists maybe he knew what vehicles were owned by all the occupants of house.Did not recognize new Range Rover in driveway 2+am and assumed it was owned by a wealthy male suitor who might be sleeping with victim. Jelouse rage sets in commits crime not realizing until its too late there is not another guy.. just the female best friend of stalked victim..
Downstairs victims possibly killed due to wrong place wrong time /possible eye witness.
MOO-IF the white vehicle spotted driving west (towards the house) on Taylor Road between 2:45 and 3:15 was the perp's, that discounts the theories that they were waiting in the house when the students returned home or that they were observing the house from the woods for a long time before entering. Did the perp(s) even know beforehand who would be home? Where did they likely park? Their arrival was also after K and M started sending messages to JD, so those were not related.
The question of the day: Who is Adam? The first photo supposedly show M & K walking to the grub truck with hoodie guy.
Do we know hoodie guy’s name? The way I read the article I thought he was AdamThe question of the day: Who is Adam?
We do know his name and it's not that oneDo we know hoodie guy’s name? The way I read the article I thought he was Adam

I'd try it for the food, yeah. But, that concept of others unseen paying for my stuff weirds me out. And I'd likely behave the same way these girls did for the very reason of being weirded out as well as having a stalker in the back of my mind. By that, I mean, imo, they intentionally stayed in the well-lit area closest to where all employees had a clear visual, clearly documented on camera, and made a mad dash to home/ride once done with transaction.I just want to add that as weird as people may find it, getting food at the Grub Truck is one of the quintessential Moscow experiences, just like making it to the Corner Club, for folks out & about. Our dd nagged us incessantly to stay awake late enough to meet up with her so we could taste the yummy food & she could “share the experience” with us.
Everyone in the area knows about the Grub Truck Twitch stream & that’s part of the appeal for patrons. I don’t get it personally, but just sharing how it is here.
