Good points, but just to clarify my point, Wenwe4 didn't have a major famous murder case that will be all over the news even more than it is now, we haven't even begun with this really, and especially, CR's father figure JR can't sit down and have a private conversation and share what really happened as he, MOO, was murdered by Lori.

And of course, whether or not he was murdered, he's dead, so he can't tell CR the truth, or vindicate himself, which thank heaven the papers do, so that the truth about who he was and what did can come out. MOO

That sounds awful. Unthinkable what people do to their children. Great that your father took the risk of showing you the divorce documents. That can't have been easy for him: you might have experienced them very differently than he anticipated you might.

In this case, however, documents are not being disseminated in order to help victims or to give the victims information. The primary purpose is for the public to make whatever they want out of them in public conversation and in a monetized setting no less.

And the mass dissemination has turned all the other players in the way-back-when saga into victims. So many people just doing their jobs, diligently and with empathy, and look what they get for it.

Respectfully, one of the victims highly discussed within the legal documents is dead. Tylee was dismembered, burned, and buried in CD’s pet cemetery. Was there an uncountable number of opportunities to protect Tylee over the course of 12-13 years? YES. The documents repeatedly distinguish who LVD is. The documents also give immense insight into the home life and relationship of LVD & CV.

No one has to like what’s in the documents. WE don’t like what is in them. Prior to WTAF obtaining the documents, it’s was public knowledge of sexual abuse. CR publicly spoke about that. Other family publicly spoke about that. It is not WTAF’s fault that the documents don’t agree with public statements made in this case about JR.

Why aren’t people angry with LVD for the abuse, coaching, and violence she put her children through for years? Why aren’t people asking WHY LVD still had any child in her care after seeing those documents? Why aren’t people asking WHY AC was allowed around LVD’s children after he assaulted JR in front of TR? WHY are people asking how and why LVD & CV were allowed to bring a FIFTH child into their home via adoption? That same and last child was found wrapped in plastic bags, covered in plywood, with rocks on top of him buried on CD’s property?

MOO-the children’s deaths could have and should have been prevented. There were ignored opportunities everywhere within the Judicial system. Instead there’s two dead children. Please direct questions and upset in the right direction. JMO.

LVD waived right to speedy trial asks for 6 mo to prepare their case.
Jury trial set for Jan 25-29, 2021 beginning 9 AM - Madison County
currently in recess for 5 minutes.

ETA: apparently LVD has resigned herself that she might be incarcerated for a year before her jury trial (either that or she is hoping someone will bail her out).

I don't understand why the state didn't bring up her fleeing to Hawaii.

Bond reduced. $150,000 ($50k for each charge). If she posts, no contact with co-conspirators.

My understanding is that Madison & Freemont counties share the same women's jail. They are both small communities and don't have 2 facilities for females. She will stay put and hopefully her only move ever will be to the Women's Prison in Pocatello, Idaho.
