whether this detective was present when the other detective left a voicemail on Loris cell - I believe it was hearsay (because this detective was not present when the voicemail was left).

I did not expect Prior to be walking back over Wood like this, nor did I expect Wood to be attempting to bring in so much that is "hearsay". A bit disappointing so far.
