I do hope somebody inside the investigation will write a tell-all book one day. I would love to know the decision making behind the release of information to the media, for instance. Are Justin and Nate pushing this forward? Or is someone orchestrating what gets released and when?

Taking this a little further MOD (Manner of Death) is probably more import to this group. In Maricopa Country....

Manners of Death
At the conclusion of the medicolegal death investigation, the Medical Examiner will document their findings and conclusions in a Medical Examiner Report. The report includes the Cause of Death (COD) and Manner of Death (MOD) listed in the medical certification of death lines on the Death Certificate. Both the Cause of Death and Manner of Death are bound by certain rules so that vital statisticians can code the cause and compile accurate statistics about deaths. The Cause of Death is ultimately the underlying disease, injury, or combinations thereof that lead to death. The Manner of Death is a vital statistical classification to group certain circumstances of death. The choices for Manner of Death are Homicide, Suicide, Accident, Natural, and Undetermined. These Manner of Death determinations are medical determinations and are not to be confused with similar legal terms used by the judicial system; for example, a Homicide Manner of Death in a medical certification simply means death at the hands of another individual with some reasonably inferable intent to do harm; this type of death may or may not be categorized as murder by criminal justice officials.

Even some who serve in the military, in law enforcement, or in search and rescue operations have mentioned having to compartmentalize their fear and emotional responses under certain conditions, such as investigating horrible crimes against others or entering dangerous conditions to rescue someone who cannot get themselves to safety. They describe having to set aside their strong emotional responses or fears to focus on the task at hand and then they allow themselves to feel those responses after the danger or need to engage with the monster has passed and they have returned to a safer environment.

Those folks are doing it intentionally and may even become practiced at it, but a person who is unexpectedly traumatized may also do it. It's like the mind's way of protecting the person, physically and mentally, when they are in the heat of danger.

Most people are simply grateful that they experienced that protective mechanism -whether they believe its source is mind over matter or more spiritual, but Chad seems to have used it to elevate himself relative to others and to profit from the spiritual gravitas he and some others think it lends him.

Wow. And here I thought he has just been living with a severe head injury all this time. ;). As much as I’d love to hear from ANYONE in Lori’s nuclear family, it would be equally fascinating to hear from the same in Chad’s. I know his younger brother spoke out in the beginning. What would his parents say about his earlier experiences? And the million dollar question (no pun intended), did Tammy have ANY CLUE just how off the deep end Chad was traveling??

The US Supreme Court has ruled it unconstitutional so it is only on the books because nobody has legally challenged it. In other states where the Son of Sam law was struck down new laws were passed to make it easier for victims and victims families to sue for any profits.

So lori was next of kin on her ex husband joe ryans life insurance policy despite not been together for over 10 years? His body wasn't found for a week after he died, then he was cremated. Did she change his info on his will as well?

Joes sister claims joe wasn't prosecuted for the sexual assault claims due to inconsistencies in colbys story at the time. Could colby have been fed this story by lori?

In new Court TV video the forensic pathologist states that the fact that autopsy was not done for Tammy was a clear professional negligence.
Couldn't the same be stated for AC and JR? How can this be that in all three cases the autopsy was not done (in JR case only the preliminary autopsy was done and with big questions)? Connections? Money? Negligence?

The narrative around Joe's death is changing! First he had a "heart attack". Now he's been found dead alone and he was decomposing already. Deemed unsuspicious.

I bet the bank that CD didnt know JR and LV got married in Kauui. He might start to feel differently about her.
