Aunt: "Please don't give up hope. Continue searching to help us bring Robert home."

Presser over.

Notes from presser:

Overnight evidence may bring closer to solving. Suspicious circumstances regarding R's disappearance. May be injured. Still looking. Vols given info that R may be injured or victim of tragic event. Look for something suspiciously out of place. Searchers are one angle. LE following new leads that come from new evidence. LE have had nothing but positive support from citizens.
Much has been happening . . . cut off by newscaster.

So sad. I think a lot of expected this but didn't want it to happen. I knew the astrologers were right, sadly.

Neither mother or her boyfriend were in attendance.

new developements

" located evidence from search last night that may bring them closer to finding out what happen- he may be injured, possibly a victim of tragic suspicious circumstances."
************

( they must have found blood evidence in the apt )

LE thinks he may be injured, maybe a tragic event, but they're still asking for volunteers.

So, they're searching for his body?

I'm so sad to even type this post:(

National Guard will be looking in the desert for car tracks, footprints, things out of the ordinary, broken weeds where they shouldn't be. Went south of the airport yesterday looking.

Pretty much. The news just said the searchers were just given a new sheet that outlined the info just discussed in the presser, i.e. additional evidence located, Robert may be injured, still missing, etc.

LE must have reviewed their cell phone pings.

Second day in a row that mother was not at press conference. They will not disclose her location... I have a guess. No suspect(s) or POI(s) right now.

How many more times does this sort of thing need to happen before things change? I'm going to venture a guess that the mother's boyfriend did something to Robert (sound like a familiar situation?), and then the mother helped him cover up, because who cares about the beautiful kid, it's all about keeping the boyfriend happy. IMO. These people should've never been allowed around kids again!!! :furious:

Do we know what is going on over there right now?

They only mentioned it before the presser started. They haven't said anything more about it. I'm assuming they will get reporters to the area soon.

Sorry to hijack the thread with so many posts. I just happen to be able to watch the news live and want to make sure I catch everything that's said and relay it to all of you.

R-L,

You're not hijacking the thread, we all want to hear what's going on!!:)

Prime News Update on Facebook. Sounds not good to me. They must know something. :( .

Prime News Boise, ID Police say 8-year-old Robert Manwill is still missing, but may be injured... or the victim of a "tragic event." Prime News will have more details and insight from the team at "America's Most Wanted" in a few hours.

A computer has just been removed from the mother's apartment.

*no link, listening to the news live*

I pray for Roberts father right now...:(. This could be a second son lost to him from the women in his life...

This case makes me want to cry (well...they all do). I have an 8 yr old who is still so little, just seems baby-ish still sometimes. And my son is more than 10 lbs heavier and a few inches taller than Robert. Poor little guy.
