I hope this human incubator gets the MAXIMUM sentence of 60 years. She doesn't deserve to live outside of prison as a free woman ever again. IMO

Cunningham gave birth to a girl following her arrest. She also has an older son. The younger children are being raised by members of Cunningham’s family.
 
Cunningham and Freund Sr. were each indicted on 20 charges apiece, including first-degree murder and aggravated battery of a child, among others connected to AJ's death.

The pair were also indicted on several counts related to incidents occurring on March 4, for which they were indicted on two counts of aggravated battery of a child and one count of aggravated domestic battery, and on Sept. 20, 2018, for which they were indicted on one count each of reckless conduct causing great bodily harm, unlawful restraint and a misdemeanor count of child endangerment.

Freund was also indicted on an additional count of making a false complaint to 911.

and thank you all for the updates! So glad she pled guilty.... now what's taking Freund so long to decide to waste the taxpayers money....

She is a depraved monster who should never see the light of day. Poor AJ, what a sad and horrible life he had. RIP, little guy. You lived through hell on earth.

She told AJ his father thinks he is a “liar” and “manipulator" and suggests AJ is plotting to live alone with Freund, leaving his mother and his younger brother behind.

“Thereafter, (Cunningham) puts her mouth to AJ’s ear and screams, ‘it doesn’t matter, it doesn’t matter,’” the document said, “none of it is gonna happen (AJ living alone with his father) ... ever!”

He must have trusted no one. It does seem he tried to take most of the blame, he probably hated to see his little brother punished. So very difficult to read of AJ’s brief life, I hope he had a few good days to play and be a little boy.
How such abuse continued to go on is just mind boggling!

Yea, Or maybe she imagined he was leaving, but it appears she didn’t want neither.
How weird is it that JoAnn took selfies of her abuse?
From early articles, it seems AJ was a bright, inquisitive little boy. I think as he grew & started getting into things, talking, having potty accidents and stuff she grew to hate him. Especially when she was “high”, he was more than she could deal with, so she looked at locking him in his room as an option for her to have her days free without worrying about AJ getting into things allowing her time to get high, have her affair, take naps and stuff.
It seems she’s accepting responsibility for his murder, I thought she’d blame Freund Sr.
