Wonder what happened with the PC that JC's attorney said would happen today at 3 after custody hearing.

This drug-addicted attorney in question is not likely playing golf with anyone. The Father being an attorney possibly could have carried some weight in influencing the judge. Many attorneys in cahoots with judges even golf together.
Thank God....key words "protective custody".No decision reached today on DCFS hearing regarding Andrew A.J. Freund’s younger brother after DCFS placed the brother in protective custody. Hearing will pick up next week.

He would have been off in a third world hovel with no running water, etc.5 years of police reports from home of missing Crystal Lake boy | Northwest Herald
Poor kids. Sure says a lot that this is what the police and media are focusing on right now.
This is why the Dad was disbarred and went to jail he had a relationship with his client JC he was representing her in her divorce. This tells me Dad doesn’t mind breaking rules and the law.
How sad.Andrew Freund’s (missing boy from Crystal Lake) father, sitting outside courtroom ahead of DCFS hearing regarding his other son, tells me “the only comment I have is that I hope the court returns Parker to us.”

They tried fighting for him, they have the oldest grandson.Where are Aj's grandparents/aunts/uncles in all of this? I've not seen anything from anyone besides the two parents.
Here we go: Documents: 2013 complaint against parents of missing Crystal Lake boy | Northwest Herald EDITED to add; I believe the child in question in these documents is an older brother who is possibly late teens, early 20's.
They damn sure better not give him back. How sad.
Oh. I thought father said he talked to the assistant principal of the school and they hadn't seen children (?).He did answer the question. He said that AJ doesn't go to school. He would be starting school this fall.

I found that the information contained in these documents is so very troubling and profoundly sad to read. I have no sympathy for the mother or father at this point as they have failed as parents and protectors and definitely show a pattern of abuse and meanness and selfishness. I do not believe for a minute that the parents really care that the child is gone, as I do not think either one of them have it within them to give a damn, such as an ability to love nor an ability to care.....for whatever "mitigating" reason.
I hope to God that the youngest child is not returned home and I pray to God that once this "woman" delivers her current pregnancy that the innocent child is taken from her and never returned. I understand drug addiction and mental health issues and coping issues as part of the contributing scenario as to why a little 5 year old is missing, but that does not mean the parents get a "pass". IMO, the innocent come first and given this case where the parents clearly cannot cope with life nor parenting the innocent should be protected...take their children away....( and bring AJ home and put him to rest.)
The more I read, or watch, about this case I am reminded of the vulnerability and innocence of little children. I do not think our society is, nor has been, great at protecting innocent vulnerable children. That is a shame and we can do better.
