Keisha's definitely not heavy. The heaviest pic is the one with the sundress. I wonder when Bryeon was born? It's probably post baby weight. The pic of her and Bryeon is recent. Imo

I will NEVER understand how a mother can harm her child.
My DD is the most precious,priceless thing in my life...I would gladly go to ANY lengths for her. ANY!! I love her with ALL my heart!
I sometimes think these women are missing a gene or something...like they just CANT be a parent. IM ANGRY!!!!!

Wow. The mom went to the high school down the street from my house. A helicopter was searching for the vehicle on the south side of Chicago, which is a nice distance from Maywood. The mom has a pic on her FB of her holding Bryeon. As to a different girl being pregnant, KB probably hasn't been with him very long. It's pretty common in Chicago. Our younger generation is horrible. After a month of knowing one another, these kids are calling each other hubby and wifey. That poor baby didn't do anything to these monsters. Let me hug and kiss my 7 month old daughter more than I do any other day. Some say she's spoiled. I say she's well loved. Rest peacefully baby boy.

AFAIK, Bryeon has not been found. There has been nothing in MSM indicating a body was found and is pending identification.

WS uses the 'deceased not found' prefix when it is determined the MP is deceased but not yet found. Determining if the MP is deceased could be charges for murder or a conviction of murder.

A missing one-year-old boy from Maywood was killed by somebody who was upset that the child could not be potty-trained, sources told CBS 2.

Bryeon Hunter was the subject of an AMBER alert had his mother told police three Hispanic men beat hear and kidnapped the child.

After questioning the mother, police now believe Lakeshia Baker’s story is not true.

BBM - As a degreed person who has worked in early childhood for more years than I'm going to reveal, and who held a position with the title of "Infant/Toddler Specialist" for quite a few of those years, I say you've got it just right. Spoiling can happen in later years. You cannot spoil a baby. Building attachment and security is your job right now. It is everything. You hug that little girl of yours for as long as you like. And we will both cry for Bryeon.

She looks heavy to me on her facebook page. The one of her captioned, Me I'm feeling good is heavy - as is that seated one with little Bryeon looking so cute. The sundress one may be pregnant, you might be right.

But in her other pictures, she's big. On Michael's facebook she's heavy too, and pregnant as well as being heavy. But she doesn't look as big there as she does on her own facebook page.

My heart aches for the grandmother. Her pain is just raw. If she'd only known what was going on with that baby behind closed doors. He went from a beautiful beaming little guy to that awful most current pic - he looks so fearful.

This one makes me mad and breaks my heart. He is so cute. He has those eyes that you just imagine when he is a teen he would have been melting the girls hearts.

So much potential, gone. Over the cost of diapers and the frustation that a 1 yr old was not yet capable of being toilet trained.

Some days I wish Illinois still had the death penalty. :furious:

I cannot believe I had not thought of this before...

I was thinking these people who abuse/kill their children over potty training was because of the " mess" it can entail...

but... Of COURSE! diapers are an expen$e, too! :doh:

Prosecutors say Baker regularly beat the boy with a belt and made him sit on the toilet all day long.

An Amber Alert was issued for the toddler Tuesday afternoon and Maywood police began searching the Des Plaines River, but It’s not clear if the boy’s body has been located.

Prosecutors say Baker and Scott accuse each other of dumping the body. Baker had two black eyes when she appeared in court, prosecutors say Scott had beaten her.

The couple appeared in bond court Saturday and Baker was held without bond and Scott’s bond was set at $750,000.

Lakesha Baker and her live-in boyfriend, Michael Scott, repeatedly rehearsed that they’d tell police Bryeon Hunter went missing after three Hispanic males battered Baker and sped off in a car, Cook County prosecutors said Saturday.

I am so sad for this boy. People are so cruel. I can only hope that both mom and bf get theirs too. I will refrain from saying what I'd like to see happen to them. As a parent to a 7 yr old and 4 yr old twins, I know how frustrating things can get sometimes, but it is NEVER ok to treat a child like this.
My heart breaks for him and his brother.

BBM- Perhaps not the state of Illinois, but fellow prisoners might think otherwise. If convicted, the state of Illinois may have a difficult time keeping these two safe within the prison walls.

I'm still flabbergasted she'd point the finger at three innocent men who she obviously knew in some capacity, and who clearly know who both and her boyfriend are. I'd expect that alone to lead to some retaliation, either on the outside or on the inside.

The story these two concocted makes it clear, neither are the brightest crayon in the box.

This article says she picked them out of mug shots she was shown. Could it have been random?

When the boy died on April 16, prosecutors say. Baker and her boyfriend Michael Scott made a plan to tell police the boy had been kidnapped by three Hispanic men and she even picked three out in a police mug book.
