What i find hard to see confirmed is if she really came back with the truck or that only the truck did. Meaning that someone who brought the truck back, knew where to go. I am sitting on my hands....

Are you thinking her disappearance could have something to do with the person she was with at the casino in Missouri? Or do you think the person that is responsible for Denita's disappearance found her elsewhere after coming back from the casino?

LE has said she was last seen at the address where Denita had been living around 11pm on the 25th though it is not clear if the source for that only comes from the roommate/fiance.

I want to add that I have seen more than a few articles that state she was last seen at 2pm on January 25th and that leads me to believe that they are going with a reported time and date from someone other than who reported her missing (who originally said Denita was last seen on Saturday the 27th.).

There are so many sad things to this case(and many cases!). but the fact that it was her birthday makes me sadder, somehow. And she was not dressed to pick up a man,either. She was dressed in comfy clothes, for a low-key birthday. Four small children and her grieving family are all left with the task of picking up the pieces.

Based on LE turning this over to the State Attorney for the county it pretty much means that unless someone searching their property finds her first the State will have to cut a deal with their target for a lesser charge/sentence in exchange for her body. Hopefully when they were searching they targeted properties of people that were known connections to their person of interest.

I have been fixated on the so-called "roommate" considering the upcoming trial for felony DUI with injuries related to the vehicle crash with ejection the two of them were involved with the year prior. Since they were both ejected I am sure it would require the prosecutor to have the person that was not driving testify as to who was driving unless Mr. 100+ court cases volunteered that information.

Mr. 100+ court cases, I like that term better than POI. My heart is breaking for Denita's children and family. I'm praying Denita is found before any possible plea deals. This shouldn't be anyones fate.

Otherwise I am left with a guy that through 100+ cases managed to do so without incurring much, if any, jail time and now was looking at anywhere from 1 to 12 years.

I understand. Something like that is possible. In that regard, for me, it would depend on whether or not there was yet another guy somewhere in the picture which is possible but I hadn't seen anything out there pointing that way. If it turned out that she had gone to the casino with a guy then I would be right there with you.

Otherwise I am left with a guy that through 100+ cases managed to do so without incurring much, if any, jail time and now was looking at anywhere from 1 to 12 years.

I suppose it will have to wait until the State Attorney files any charges to learn what this was all about or even who the POI is since we haven't been told.

To be fair, and I’m not defending anyone. A lot of the cases are traffic violations. However, a few of them are surely disturbing. That being said, almost all of her exes have at least one page of court cases, if not more. Some had more than one order of protection against them, as well as what seemed like possible paternity cases. JMO

There was plenty of drama to go around for sure. To be honest I don't know how they ended up marrying each other considering that the only Order of Protection granted was the one he filed against her back in 2004 and she had filed a paternity action against him that she lost in 2004 and he had filed a paternity action against her in 2005 that he won and he filed a paternity action against her in 2007 that he dismissed.

Just because a case exists doesn't mean that she was the plaintiff or that went in her favor or wasn't dismissed.

With the "roommate" my point is that when you have prior DUIs and prior convictions for driving with a suspended license or driving without insurance those become aggravating factors when along comes a felony for DUI with injury. In his case he was driving on a suspended license and driving without insurance at the time of the DUI accident. Just 3 weeks before the accident he got plea deal for speeding 26--34 miles above the posted speed limit while also driving without a license, without insurance, and with a registration that belonged to another vehicle were dismissed from an incident in early January 2017.

That is what will cause jail time rather than probation and a license suspension.

I am only postulating at a possible motive since without her saying so in court that he was driving - she would have been the only witness - the prosecutor wouldn't have anything to prove he was driving as they had both been ejected from the vehicle. The prosecutor also couldn't introduce any of her statements without her being available for cross-examination by the defense.

It could always be something else as to motive or even someone else other than who I think is responsible, but that is what stood out to me.

Because what I would like to know is whether she met the friend at the casino meaning Denita drove on her own back and forth, met the friend somewhere in Illinois and the friend drove to the casino in Missouri, or met the friend somewhere in Illinois and Denita drove to the casino in Missouri. Knowing that could provided some insight as to whether or not there is a witness to her whereabouts up to a certain time on the 25th. Or, of course, if that friend would be the person of interest.

There seems to be only three players on the court.

(1) The last person to claim to see her alive. This was also the person to report her missing whose story we know must have changed or LE doesn't believe it.

(2) The last person to see her alive other than the person who claimed to have last seen her alive i.e. the friend that was at the casino.

(3) The person she was divorcing.

So knowing who the friend was and what they know would be helpful.

When looking at cases for soon to be ex, be sure to look at birthdate because his son is same name. They added Jr./Sr. on some but not all.
Like I'd said earlier the Jr. and my son was in highschool and played sports together.

Also looks like a girl friend probably went with her to casino. And more than 1 seems to be involved.

Wish Tim Miller would come help find her. This has to be so hard on family not knowing.

LE should know what time she left the casino. I would be curious to know how much time there was until 11pm and if she and the friend went anywhere else after the casino. And as I mentioned earlier I would like to know if she drove to Missouri and/or was her friend's ride to get home.

Sorry for my late reply, ive been very sick the last weeks. After finally getting antibiotics i am doing a lot better.

I am thinking either something happened when she left the casino (or she met someone there at the casino and no one could know) or something happened when she got back with the truck.....
