There was a little snippit on our local news here about how this case may affect Chinese enrollement at the U of I..But of course they double talked it all away and said how safe it was there...but it made me think...
Imagine it's 3 years ago...YY is in college there in China..she goes to her parents and talks of going to the US..I'm betting there were major discussions at the time...it's so dangerous there..but obviously..they relented...and now..F$$$$K!!

I think the footage of YY's mother's pain yesterday has really hurt the defense.
They attacked her first. They attacked her father's pleas under the pretext of objecting to family testifying.
Then, with this claim, they case huge doubt upon the prosecution by failing to insert exact terms and wording allegedly 'offered'

They are admitting they, themselves, the 5lawyer team are know where YY is located.
6 months after she was butchered- DEcember '17


Yet the prosecution has already stated in the course of their ever -so-busy , working20 hrs/dy over vigorous searching that clearly wore them out to a frazzle, they worked that hard- that they had continued searching into 2018.
Had they really?
If they had, it means her body is locatable and not destroyed or they didn't believe he would tell them the truth. Or they set a condition that her body must be retrievable and this condition could not be met.
Seriously, if there was any merit in it, I believe it would have come up before now, and I hope I'm right.

Other point about this is that Shahid is the 2nd judge on the case.
First fellow got moved off, I cannot remember exact date that happened or whether it was efore or after Dec '17

Fox televised it.
Nobody headlined this attack on her oh so vulnerable parents.
They're being crushed here.
They will see these headlines.
They will be told they acted incorrectly and damaged their daughter's case by reading these headlines.
They will never ever ever trust the media or the justice system again, They may even commit suicide, these allegations are so serious.

Once again..the stupidity and underhandedness of this defense team is off the scale..but would they really say something like this if it weren't true? This, I would think. could lead to disbarment if so.
Yet, if it weren't true, why doesn't the prosecution just unseal that record and let us all see just who the actual jerkoffs are here??

Obviously it was partially true but possibly defense failed to meet conditions required for prosecution to okay it- like a guaranteed retrieval of her remains was not included.

Did I read that the defense thought the parents would be prejudiced against their client?? uuhhhhhh
Now you see why I never went down there to watch any of this. I'd be in jail.
 
This whole trial..well some of the actors in it anyway, just reminds me of the scumball politicians that our country is so famous for. It's not about doing whats good for the offended or righting a wrong. It's all about your idiotic win-loss record . I mean yeah you did manage to catch and convict the Gomer Pyle of " serial killers " but at what cost?
 
I am curious about cadaver scent in an effort to determine which day he buried her.
I found this site, I'm not familiar with it. I was trying to figure how long after death a corpse emitted cadaver scent.. like was she in the bathroom for a few hours or days in order for the dog to give a positive signal..
I'm still not quite sure of the answer, though some of this seems to suggest body breakdown commences immediately, it does, okay, but does not give exact length of time required for a cadaver scent to be positive several weeks later.
I want to know if she was thrown there for a night or 2 days..

Be some thrown back at them whenever the prosecution wakes up, they're probably taking an early July4th hollier...

It’s a motion, not a ruling, so no need to worry about this yet. Hard to see a judge not lettting family members testify at the penalty phase hearing.

It's public information which will be seen by an extremely vulnerable family, YY's parents , her fiance and her brother.

It was Miller that posted the second sealed document which is probably a response to defence sealed document which may concern a deal, speculating.

He would have had time to read their incriminatory motions before he sent this in

possibly terms of DP signed by Sessions precluded it too in some way that was touched upon in the actual wording submitted, which we do not have, yet.
It must have been insufficient in some way or the time had passed, though that is belied by Shahid's comment in Spring regarding a plea...
Previous judge may have balked too...dont know.
