If Mississippi already has serious campaigns in place about losing weight etc., then this is the last thing that should be hogging up state representatives time. Ha, pardon the pun.
the goverment is not my mother. i have 1 of those and i dont let her tell me what to do either. if i choose to eat to much or stay up too late or not brush my teeth it is my choice. the goverment does not need to tell me to wash behind my ears or use soap in the bath. when the goverment can balance a budget and keep pedo's off the street and not screw the interns they can judge me. until then i do not need them to play mommy and save my fat a$$ha ha... this is kind of funny!!! i don't see how they could do this legally,, but i think it's interesting. if obese people can't control themselves (the ones who are eating themselves to death, not those who have a true medical condition)... then it seems the government stepping in and being their mommy is the only way to save them from themselves.
