A new set of attorneys want the Indiana Supreme Court to intervene in the #Delphi murders case, now asking the higher court to order Judge Fran Gull to reinstate important defense filings to the court record & allow hundreds of pages of filings to be published online.

More breaking #Delphi murders news: 13 Investigates has learned Richard Allen’s original defense team has filed to officially stay on the case. Andrew Baldwin & Brad Rozzi plan to represent Allen as pro bono attorneys if the judge won’t reinstate them as public defenders.

More than an hour before the Carroll County Courthouse opens to the public, the first floor is blanketed in sheriffs deputies and security as we await the arrival of Richard Allen for his pre-trial hearing in the #Delphi murders case.

Yes and the email from BR on page 193 date 10/6 to Judge Gull in which they try to hang it all on the “local influencer” was highly suspect.
