Hi all. Can someone direct me to a post/link with a listing of all the agencies involved initially? Or involved within the first 6 months or so?

Hi @Cheka - welcome to Abby and Libby's thread!

The most accurate list can be found on the ISP (Indiana State Police) website.

"The Delphi Police Department, the Carroll County Sheriff, the Indiana State Police, and the FBI"
ISP: Delphi Homicide Investigation

The way I see it, if your friends was as fuzzy as the picture of BG is... I think you would still HIGHLY SUSPECT your friend immediately. JMO
Agree 100%. Like some honing pigeon, I can pick my friends out in a stadium even if they are at great distance. Some weird sensing capacity we have.

Funny comment Ozoner. Ahahahaha.

Amateur opinion and speculation

The FBI poster confirms this as well.

You may also contact your local FBI office or the nearest American Embassy or Consulate.
Field Office: Indianapolis

The Indianapolis-based FBI agents that were introduced at press conferences by name were: Greg Massa, Mike Peasley, and Danny Youmara. However, early MSM articles stated that as many as 20 agents were posted in Delphi working after the murders first happened so there are many unnamed agents working behind the scenes as well, it seems. No idea if all of them came from the Indianapolis field office or not.

I thought the same thing when the sketch #2 came out. It is just as likely to be a 17 year old as someone in their late 20's. But that is just what I see. I was 40 when I was last carded at a grocery store for buying beer because the clerk honestly thought I wasn't 21. No one ahead of me in line was carded.

You know, this information (likely, looks younger than biological age) could be potentially found out in the DNA, too. There are several genes associated with longevity, one of them coding for the activity of telomerase, the enzyme preventing shrinking of chromosomal telomeres. Bearers of another one, related to levels insulin-derived growth factor, are shorter than control group but live longer, into their 90es and even 100es.

Is it still possible that LE has DNA, and that it looks "youthful"? (Another option is that LE has very high index of suspicion about a certain POI).

^^ This, MOO. ;) They might as well have published a photo of "BG in real life" instead of a sketch #2, which of course isn't possible.
If BG wants to give up his miserable missions, is nobody from inside or outside Delphi able to finally HELP by giving LE/FBI the decisive tip, the very last puzzle piece? Come.On.Now. Please.

It hasn't change remarkable since 2017, if I'm comparing my poi with my avatar (poi now thirty-something). Just saying ...

There is only one thing somewhat specific about the sketch in your avatar. Right eye - somewhat "down and out". If I were to guess, I’d say, more likely, III nerve palsy, or Horner’s syndrome. I doubt that the witnesses were neurologists, so it is possible that another cranial nerve is involved (IV or VI), but no one would make a sketch looking like this unless they wanted to convey the message “pay attention to the right eye”.

It could be inborn (happens), even genetic, could indicate a serious problem or a trauma, or could be very mild, but it is there.

Given this “eye” and BG’s gait...are they a matching set, so to say? Or do they belong to different people? Could they indicate some prior trauma? Somewhere in his life, the guy should have seen a neurologist. JMO.

I can't recognize it, neither in the sketch #2 nor in the face of the person. Maybe, it's just me. Striking it may not be, I would judge.
BG's gait on the bridge on Febr. 13th I would describe as not his usual gait, but caused by the special surface (railway sleepers), BG's physical condition at that time and his planned action. MOO
For the slightly depressive expression of the eyes of OBG (sketch #1) I have a certain related person in mind.

With the gait, understand, it can be anything or nothing, given how fast he walks.

With the eye, I definitely see either mild III nerve paresis (could be very mild) or Horner’s syndrome (it would be more noticeable IRL as one side of the face doesn’t sweat). However. if the POI doesn’t have it, no witness described it and it is merely artistic liberty...then the sketch-maker is doing a very strange thing, IMO. It is a noticeable trait. Presence or absence of facial asymmetry is too important to just “gift” it to POIs. JMO.

I was curious as to whether all investigative agencies were Indiana based or were field offices from other states involved. If they had an agent(s) from a Washington State office (just an example) working with them, why that field office? Why the GBI? I realize that agencies all help each other if asked/needed, but what can be determined from the agencies involved? Did those areas have a crime with similar signatures? If so, what can be learned from those crimes that could help with this one? We don't know the signatures here but can similar crimes be found based on what we think we know about this one?

I also wonder about the billboards. Something made them decide to put them up. It seems like whatever that was - would have been pretty significant. Some days I think they were simply casting a wide net. Other days I feel they were up to remind BG of what he did. Or perhaps to remind someone close to him, "hey, he did this and you know, here's a reminder." I know you guys have talked the billboards to death. So my apologies. Ha.

FWIW I have been reading here for years. I made this account many months back and just never posted.

The FBI, Carroll County Sheriff's Office, ISP and Delphi PD were the main ones. But at one point, there were 10 different agencies involved.
Two months later: Delphi killer still out there

I can't find the reference, but one media report stated that other unnamed Indiana counties and cities sent investigators to the investigative team.
