FWIW and IMO.I live in Ky and our weather is pretty much the same as Indiana. I've seen people dress like it's early spring all through the winter months, the majority being teens, incl my own. At the same time I've seen others who've bundled up on the warmer days like it's ice cold. It was warmer for that time of year that day, but still in the low 40's. We've had some days recently that were in the 50's, I don't have any circulation problems or other health issues and I went out with a thin turtleneck thrown on over a tee and a thick zip-up hoodie on top of that Think it really just depends on the person.. some are warm-natured, some cold-natured.

I've tended to overdress myself since turning fifty. I agree about maybe girls being underdressed. It was 20 degrees here this am in Long Island (live near the ocean so stingy winds as well) my 17 year old left for school in shorts and a hoodie! I drive past kids in short sleeves on my way to his school. I had on gloves, my North face and my heated seats were buzzing. And it wasn't particularly cold for New York in March. Just saying.[emoji4]

Since there isn't much else to look into right now maybe the jacket is a bigger clue than you would think. So here are some thoughts I have after studying the BG images for a while. Also I’ve read that some think he was pasted into the bridge background. No way…you would see it in the pixels in photoshop if he was silhouetted and inserted into background.
To me the jacket looks like a lighter to medium weight nylon windbreaker type aka coaches jacket aka security style jacket maybe even a rain jacket. Not a heavy weight winter jacket.
I see a rectangular jacket pocket above the pouch that has a 2" flap and possibly 2 snaps almost like a cargo pant pocket or a field coat/jacket pocket but longer than deep. No pocket on the chest like field jackets have. I think the jacket snaps shut with possibly a zipper as well under the snaps, elastic wrists and lined with maybe a lighter gray colored lining. I think the jacket is only snapped a couple of snaps in his picture and is mostly open. I also think this type of pocket is why his hands are in his pants pockets and not his jacket pockets.
This jacket is different from most windbreaker type jackets i’ve seen because of this style pocket. I've noticed a lot of rain type jackets that have this style pocket. You can see many jackets on Amazon, Cabelas, sporting goods stores, Google images, etc., So I feel because of this pocket it eliminates many jackets.
I think he’s a guy that has a larger build, I don’t think the jacket is a disguise to make him appear larger. I think 180-200 lbs at the most and 30 years old, no facial hair to speak of but maybe some stubble.
He could be a sports coach, security guard, someone who works outdoors but not as a laborer. Maybe he’s a foreman, an in the field customer service guy, utility company person, estimator for a contractor or a contractor business owner.
Maybe this guy has a habit of having hands in pockets all the time. Maybe a clue?
LE should get 5-6 talented fashion artists to draw this jacket from the best images they have and post pictures of it. Ask who owned one like this but now recently does not.

I didn't see that the date of deaths had been different. But if that's the case, then it's also possible LE has more info to make this assumption.
For ex, does the phone video or audio suggest one girl is already dead?
Does it suggest he took the other girl with him? Did the second girl's phone ping later in the evening?
And...Does LE know they searched RL's property the first night and there were no bodies there, so they are making the educated guess the other girl was killed later and the bodies moved there?

Maybe I am just optimistic, but LE saying that they will be able to cut down on numbers of tips they need to follow makes me think they have gotten good information/evidence that allows them to rule out a lot of tips quickly.

That's what I'm hoping. It's almost like the investigation is contracting. Hope we are right. This needs doing. I cannot imagine the sadness if these families have to suffer the fate of lyric and Elizabeth. And I hate to say it but I hope they ARE related! When Hannah Graham killer was caught and they linked to Morgan Harrington death, her mother's prayers were answered. I hope and pray to see a similar outcome here. However small the chance, it's my WS wish.

That was my point from the beginning. You are assuming he is wearing an inappropriate amount of clothes based on your own opinion. There is no science behind what you think. You "assume" he is wearing 2 hats and a disguise. It is your opinion. Mine is that he may not be wearing a disguise so he may not have been trying to hide because he didnt know they were going to record him. There are no cameras around. He may have known that. My opinion is if he is an older guy, he may not be aware of the things a cell phone can be used for, hence him not taking it with him after the crime.

I thought that was such a telling statement by LE. Like they were directly talking to BGs family or close associates. Making them worry about being charged as an accessory after the fact maybe.

I'm having a lot of trouble posting lately & I've missed replying to a heap of posts so I'm just going to make a really general "reply to no-one in particular".
I've read every thread & since the SW especially, there's been a definite change in tone when it comes to discussion of RL. People have explained their reasoning for this over a few threads now & seems to be the same points each time, so I just want reiterate that the important thing to remember at this stage is that just because the SW is connected to the murders, it doesn't necessarily mean that RL is too.
RL is man who has a confirmed history of finding unidentified prowlers on his property. Obviously he can only call LE about intruders he's aware of, so being a man in his 70s living on 40 acres, there's a distinct possibility there may be more incidents than RL's reports to police indicate. (& I know some people have said 40 acres isn't that big, but I beg to differ. From a management & observation perspective 40 acres most definitely is big - & I say this coming from a family where 18,000 to 50,000 hectare properties were the norm)
Right now we have no idea what prompted that search warrant but there are several possibilities that don't implicate RL at all - like maybe an anonymous tipster saying they overheard a conversation between people who claimed to know the killer? Someone could've claimed they heard that the killer trespassed on RL's property, hid their weapon under the hay bales in RL's barn, then went & shoved clothing items in with the work/oil rags RL keeps in his truck?
It could be anything, even a false tip - sometimes they do get called in unfortunately, like this case :

Everyone keeps commenting that #1 wanted offender is incarcerated...but if he's incarcerated why is he #1 on their wanted poster?? Kinda concerning if they can't even located a SO incarcerated in their own state.
I think Paris is thinking that they answered you in saying that you couldn't post about RSO's without permission. Correct me if I"m wrong, but I think you are frustrated in waiting for that permission to come. I'm assuming you have contacted a moderator asking to sleuth a specific RSO. Please understand that it may take time for them to get back to you because they might want to do some investigating on their own before giving you permission. Hope this helps.
I don't think he's at all overdressed considering what he's got planned. Although no gloves is kinda odd.

I am sorry if it seems like anyone is being sharp with you. I know you mean well! I think sometimes other Websleuthers don't have the time to pause what they are reading to go back and find you info that is already in the thread.
This is why when I come into a thread, I start reading from the very beginning and read every post so I am up to date before I start commenting. Not sure if everyone does that, but I find it stops me from recycling old conversations already covered and often answers my questions or corrects my misunderstandings before I speak.
I still get corrected sometimes too though, so don't worry about that!
